You will also receive access to free private gated parking for one car (plus a motorcycle or scooter), if you need it. Since you can walk to everything, you might consider taking the Airport Flyer from Austin Bergstrom International for $1 per person. It picks up and drops off in front of the building every 30 minutes, and will save you the hassle and expense of a rental car or taxi.
There is also an outdoor pool area, and one of the most lively neighborhoods in ATX! If you need assistance with tours, transportation services, or anything else, we are here to help.
Guests will have access to the condo complex, the condo, the secured parking area, the pool area, and the best of downtown Austin.
Interaction with Guests
I like to interact with my guests as much or as little as they would like. I am always available (24/7) to answer questions via email, text, or phone, and I enjoy meeting many of my guests. However, I am also very respectful, and allow my guests to determine how much interaction they would like to have. Ever since I setup automatic door locks, there are some guests that I have not ever met in person. Whatever works best for the guest, works fine for me.
I love that the downtown neighborhood is so vibrant, and provides the ability to walk to the best restaurants, bars, shopping, and nightlife in Austin. The Railyard is in a unique location that is hard to beat. I also appreciate the convenient access to Town Lake for hiking and biking trails, among other things.
In addition to the Airport Flyer that I already mentioned, there are also pedicabs, taxi cabs, light rail, horse-drawn carriages, limousines, and other forms of public transportation within a block that can be easily accessed.
Other Things to Note
If you are interested in hosting an even larger group, please note that I own and manage a large number of units in the same building complex, as well as some nearby houses. I am happy to host large groups for weddings, convention center trade shows, and other events in Austin.
Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 11am. These times can be flexible, but we will need to communicate in advance so I can plan accordingly.
All guests must abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the condominium complex pertaining to noise, trash, and smoking violations, etc. Any fines incurred will be the responsibility of the tenant. Be advised that noise violations start at $250 per occurrence, and quickly escalate to $500 and higher if the violation persists. These fines can be assessed by the HOA without warning, however, I have never heard of a warning not being issued by a neighbor in advance. If somebody asks you to keep it down, please immediately accommodate them. If a fine is assessed, it will be deducted from your security deposit.
Please do not smoke or leave trash outside of the unit in the common areas. Please do not smoke in the unit or an additional $300 cleaning fee will be charged.
Before you leave, please help the housekeeper prepare for the next guests by completing the following:
• Please take all trash out to the dumpster
• Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle.
• Please turn the AC up to 80º F
• Please close all windows and place the keys and clicker on the counter
• Place twist the handle lock on the front door and leave the condo secured
Everything about the unit was in line with the description and prior reviews. Great location, other than the noise factor on the ground floor, nice unit, no issues with check in or out. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to be in the middle of everything and not concerned about the resulting noise.
Great experience and lovely home! Only complaint was the noise outside the complex, but it wasn't bad enough to ruin our time in any way. Walking distance to 6th street (The Dirty), but kind of far from East 6th Street.
Great place to stay and very convenient!
We had a great time staying here for my cousin's 30th birthday party. It was clean and spacious; perfect location for walking to restaurants and bars and to the river for a run. For the 7 of us, there was plenty of space and we weren't crowded. There is definitely some street noise, but we weren't bothered by it. Everyone was very accommodating and even helped us get an extra parking space. It was a great experience!
Ryan was a breeze to book with and answered my questions quickly. The check in / house instructions are very thorough and made check in and travel to and from the airport extremely easy. The location of the suite is great, central to downtown and accessible by transit. The trip was for work related travel and it was great to have such an easy check in process as we arrived very late. If we travel to Austin in the future, we'll absolutely book with Ryan again!
Ryan was a very attentive and respectful host. Though we did not meet in person, he was very quick in responding to any questions I had and was very accommodating in letting us check in early and leave late. Five girls shared this space for a long weekend vacation and it was great. The location is a lot of fun and there's tons of stuff right by the apartment. It is loud as it's on a main street and on the ground level, but we expected that. If you're a light sleeper then bring some ear plugs. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for unpacking since it doesn't look like anyone lives here full time.
The Mandarin Suite was exactly as described, and Ryan was very thorough in describing the amenities of the place. We also had a great breakdown of fun things to do in Austin, and would definitely stay with Ryan again!
Host was very easy to work with. Gave all necessary information in a prompt and efficient manner. The unit was clean and satisfactory, however it was very noisy throughout the night and early morning and the bedding was not very comfortable.
Thank you for writing a review, and I am glad you enjoyed your stay. The downtown noise is something that we have tried to combat with noise insulating double-paned windows, but it sounds like you experienced some especially noisy nights. I apologize for that. I am going to look into getting a white noise machine as one of my neighbors recommended it. On the bedding, we are replacing what you used this month with down duvets, and I apologize that it didn't meet your standards. It has been especially cold lately, and the bedding you used is more ideal for the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Please come back next time you visit Austin and we will take good care of you.

I have been in Austin since 1994. As much as I love the city, I also enjoy traveling and photographing vacation destinations and tourist attractions around the world. As a registered travel agent, I am able to work while I enjoy tours and activities in places like London, Paris, Rome, New York, San Francisco, and Hawaii, to name a few.
I have always wanted to own/operate a hotel. That has been a passion of mine since I was a child. For that reason, I enjoy having guests staying in my rental properties, and I want to provide so much more than just a place to stay. My goal is to create a memorable experience for my guests. I want my guests to know that not only does Austin deliver a good time, but that this home away from home is waiting for you. With my connections in the travel industry, and tenure in the city, I strive to provide a level of service you will not find with other rental managers.
Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like. I enjoy talking about Austin and the property, so I welcome you to communicate with me. I am here to help, and your good time is my priority.
