This 200 ft. tiny house is tucked nicely away in the beautiful northern Michigan woods. Its light and airy space is comfy and bright, without being too constricting and is only a 2.5 miles from downtown Charlevoix.

The space
There is a ladder provided to access both the sleeping loft as well as the storage loft. In-wall heaters are readily usable and easy to function. An A/C unit is installed during the summer months.

Guest access
Guests may have access to beautiful walking trails all throughout the property. A variety of loops are offered, so you can make it as short or long as you please. There is a bike path 3/4 of a mile from the house, so you are welcome to bring bikes/rent them from a local vendor if you want to bike into town!

Other things to note
This is a small space, but it seems to encourage the simplicity and minimalism out of everyone. It's a good way to step away from work or the distractions of our busy world, and enjoy the ones you are with, as well as the beautiful outdoors of Northern Michigan.

Intentionally, there is no Wi-Fi. This is to encourage truly stepping away from the busyness of life and being present. Unintentionally (a "happy accident!"), the cell service typically hovers around 1-2 bars. I think this may have something to do with being tucked in the pines, but again, it drives guests to be in the moment.
