We are located in the heart of Napa Valley. A short taxi ride or 20 min walk from Downtown Napa. Our new trailer is roomy and large enough for a family of seven. It is Glamping at it's best!

The Space

You will have full use of the trailer that has full hook-ups which means water, electricity and full bathroom use. (Keep in mind the "tub" is small but you can stand to shower) The trailer has a master bed with curtain enclosures, a couch that makes into a queen size airbed, dinette makes into a full size bed which sleeps one adult or 2 children, and 2 twin size bunk beds that kids will love, although we have added 3 inch memory foam mattress toppers for adult comfort as well.

Animals live on our property, notably 2 miniature Dachshunds, but are low key and won't be a bother during your stay. Cats live on the property but have not entered the trailer so no need to worry if you are sensitive/allergic to cats.

Guest Access

You will also have access to our back deck and gazebo. Our deck has an additional propane oven/cook top. Access to gas BBQ grill is also included. We also have a fire pit with plenty of wood so you can enjoy gathering around the fire and sharing your day's adventures.

Use of bicycles and helmets are available. Please let us know prior to your arrival the size and number of bicycles you will need.

If you need to do any laundry during your stay, we have an amazing Fluff and Fold service located close-by that we use on a regular basis.

Interaction with Guests

We will most likely be present at the time of your arrival but will always be available by phone or text with instructions on how to access anything you need. Don't hesitate to text anytime with questions regarding how to operate anything in the trailer. We both work full-time so our time during your stay will be limited especially during the week.

We will be available to answer any questions you may have about the local attractions. We are not huge wine people but have plenty of friends who are and can answer any questions related to wine and local vineyards.

If it is privacy you want, this space is perfect. No one will access the trailer during your stay unless you would like us to make up the dinette and couch sleeper at bedtime.

Keep in mind, the deck and patio area are shared spaces with my family and pets.

The Neighborhood

Our home is located off the main street so it's safe and secluded. In the unfortunate event you must visit for a funeral, we are walking distance from the beautiful and historic Tulocay Cemetary. We are walking distance from Silverado Middle School which has an amazing new track if you want to get in some sprints!
We are located close, (and by close I mean biking distance or a 20 min walk, to the Oxbow Market, the Wine Train, and downtown Napa. Drive or bike to Skyline Wilderness Park which has great hiking and mountain biking trails, or the Napa River for kayaking.

Getting around

We have plenty of free parking on the premises. A bus stop is located just a few houses down the street and we are about a 15 min walk from the Napa Transit Center. We offer bicycles and helmets as well as the same map the bicycle rental shops have if you would like to bike to some local wineries. The map shows several different loops you can take along the valley for some amazing wine tasting and sight seeing.

Other Things to Note

If you have never stayed in an RV/Trailer, please keep in mind this is a living space made to tow behind a vehicle down the highway. It is made to sleep several people, not made to entertain several people inside. This is why we have opened up our deck/patio and gazebo for your use. It is glorified camping at it's best. It cannot be compared to a hotel suite, as that is not what it is, so please don't expect such.

Please let us know which beds you plan on using so we can make sure to show you how to make them into beds, where the bedding is stored, etc. The master queen bed is always made as well as both bunk beds.

The couch/sleeper and dinette get made into beds at bedtime. If we are available during your stay, we will be glad to make them into beds while you are gone to dinner, etc. Just text or call with the time you would like them to be ready. If we are not able to do this, we will leave instructions on how it is done.

  • Unfortunately, I was ill, and we had to cancel the trip. Tammy and Lloyd Carson Lucas very kindly offered to give us two days sometime in the future, which they were under no obligation to do, for which we are very grateful!

  • Lloyd and Tammy were very accommodating hosts. Though Tammy was busy with her work schedule, Lloyd was able to meet me and my friend and give us lots of insider tips and suggest bike routes for us to take. Napa is a beautiful place and having a cool glam ping experience in a quiet neighborhood with friendly pets of theirs to hang out with felt much more comfortable than a stuffy overpriced hotel. Great overall experience!

  • Tammy and Lloyd were great hosts. We chose to stay here vs. a hotel so we could ask about the locals' go-to spots. The camper was very clean inside and had everything you could ask for, including creamer in the fridge for your coffee, access to their bicycles....
Convenient location. What a memorable experience.

  • My son and I were on a road trip adventure along CA Hwy 1 to celebrate his college graduation. We stayed in unique and off-beat places all along the way, as I wanted our trip to be memorable for him. Tammy and Lloyd's glamping set-up was perfect for us. It is a great location for exploring the Napa region and it was so clean and comfortable and well appointed. Tammy and Lloyd are such warm and hospitable people. I can highly recommend this RV glamping experience!

So glad he was able to find a house. We took Mittens/Oreo with us camping over the last 2 weeks in the Glamper and he loved it! He is going to be the most easy going and tolerant kitty cat ever!

  • Glamping in Napa was perfect! The camper is ideal for a weekend getaway. I would definitely try to stay here again over a hotel or B&B. The location is great very close to downtown Napa and off the main road so it's nice and quiet. The camper was brand new looking and extremely clean, and it had better water pressure than the shower in my apartment. Tammy and Lloyd were great hosts and they were extremely accommodating even though we booked the place just the night before we arrived. They baked us cookies and gave us bikes to use to ride around wine country - could not have been more perfect.

  • What a great place to spend a few days! Tammy and Lloyd were extremely welcoming and we felt right at home! They graciously let us borrow their bikes for the day, allowing us an inexpensive wine touring adventure! Furthermore they were very quick to respond, and therefore were able to check us in a day early when our trips plans had changed! I highly recommend this unique glamping experience for anyone whom love to camp, but also wants the comforts of home! Thanks Tammy and Lloyd for your hospitality!

  • We spent the weekend at Lloyd and Tammy's during BottleRock. This could not have been a better situation. The location was less than a mile from the festival and the trailer was awesome. Lloyd and Tammy are the sweetest couple who have thought of everything you could possibly need for a "unique glamping experience". Tammy made us scones for breakfast and Lloyd made his delicious Lloyd-uffins. They even left us a beautifully painted wall souvenir as a thank you gift for booking with them. Who needs an over-priced hotel when you can stay with Tammy and Lloyd?! We hope to book with them again on our next trip to Napa. Thanks Tammy and Lloyd!

  • We had a wonderful time at Tammy & Lloyd's "glamper" in Napa. Everything was as described and Lloyd gave us a tour so we knew how everything functioned and where things were located. The camper was beyond well-stocked with snacks, toiletries, and even crayons/coloring books and little toys that were perfect for our toddler. It was very comfortable and conveniently located. Tammy & Lloyd were wonderful hosts who gave us great suggestions for local eateries (Rutherford Grill was fabulous) and brought us freshly baked scones and cookies! Thank you for a wonderful Napa experience.

  • Staying in the trailer was great. Everything needed is there and the bed is comfortable. We really enjoyed the chocolate mint loaf, it was delicious. Tammy and Lloyd are great hosts, friendly and helpful. We would have loved to stay longer and plan to book again on our next trip to Napa.

  • We really enjoyed our stay and glamping was so much fun. Tammy and Lloyd are great hosts and the camper was in perfect condition, with all amenities one might need and they also stocked the fridge for us with the essentials. Fresh linen and towels made it even better. Big thank you!
