We are located in the heart of Napa Valley. A short taxi ride or 20 min walk from Downtown Napa. Our new trailer is roomy and large enough for a family of seven. It is Glamping at it's best!
You will have full use of the trailer that has full hook-ups which means water, electricity and full bathroom use. (Keep in mind the "tub" is small but you can stand to shower) The trailer has a master bed with curtain enclosures, a couch that makes into a queen size airbed, dinette makes into a full size bed which sleeps one adult or 2 children, and 2 twin size bunk beds that kids will love, although we have added 3 inch memory foam mattress toppers for adult comfort as well.
Animals live on our property, notably 2 miniature Dachshunds, but are low key and won't be a bother during your stay. Cats live on the property but have not entered the trailer so no need to worry if you are sensitive/allergic to cats.
You will also have access to our back deck and gazebo. Our deck has an additional propane oven/cook top. Access to gas BBQ grill is also included. We also have a fire pit with plenty of wood so you can enjoy gathering around the fire and sharing your day's adventures.
Use of bicycles and helmets are available. Please let us know prior to your arrival the size and number of bicycles you will need.
If you need to do any laundry during your stay, we offer our washer and dryer for a couple of loads, at no extra charge.
Interaction with Guests
We will most likely be present at the time of your arrival but will always be available by phone or text with instructions on how to access anything you need. Don't hesitate to text anytime with questions regarding how to operate anything in the trailer. We both work full-time so our time during your stay will be limited especially during the week.
We will be available to answer any questions you may have about the local attractions. We are not huge wine people but have plenty of friends who are and can answer any questions related to wine and local vineyards.
If it is privacy you want, this space is perfect. Please let us know if you would like us to make the dinette or sofa sleeper into beds while you are off to dinner, etc.
Keep in mind, the deck and patio area are shared spaces with our house guests, my family and pets.
Our home is located off the main street so it's safe and secluded. In the unfortunate event you must visit for a funeral, we are walking distance from the beautiful and historic Tulocay Cemetary. We are walking distance from Silverado Middle School which has an amazing new track if you want to get in some sprints!
We are located close (and by close I mean biking distance or a 20 min walk) to the Oxbow Market, the Wine Train, and downtown Napa. Drive or bike to Skyline Wilderness Park which has great hiking and mountain biking trails, or the Napa River for kayaking.
We have plenty of free parking on the premises. A bus stop is located just a few houses down the street and we are about a 15 min walk from the Napa Transit Center. We offer bicycles and helmets as well as the same map the bicycle rental shops have if you would like to bike to some local wineries. The map shows several different loops you can take along the valley for some amazing wine tasting and sight seeing.
Other Things to Note
If you have never stayed in an RV/Trailer, please keep in mind this is a living space made to tow behind a vehicle down the highway. It is made to sleep several people, not made to entertain several people inside. This is why we have opened up our deck/patio and gazebo for your use. It is glorified camping at it's best. It cannot be compared to a hotel suite, as that is not what it is, so please don't expect such.
Please let us know which beds you plan on using so we can make sure to show you how to make them into beds, where the bedding is stored, etc. The master queen bed is always made as well as both bunk beds.
The couch/sleeper and dinette get made into beds at bedtime. If we are available during your stay, we will be glad to make them into beds while you are gone to dinner, etc. Just text or call with the time you would like them to be ready. If we are not able to do this, we will leave instructions on how it is done.
Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 12pm. This allows us enough time to get everything ready for our next guest. No smoking and no pets please.
I woke up on the morning of Feb 14th, feeling hungry, and planning the valentine's day breakfast for my wife. Before I finished my thought, I heard a knock on the RVs door, and there was Tammy standing with deliciously baked chocolate scones. This is how incredible our experience was at her place. Tammy and her family made us feel welcome and gave us all the privacy we needed. The place itself was fantastic, very clean, private and well organized. More importantly, the place was less than 5 minutes drive from the Napa downtown and 15 minutes drive from the Silverado trail. I would strongly recommend staying in this property for an adventurous and private time in Napa.
Tammy and Lloyd were great hosts. Our time glamping was a first and definitely not the last. We had four adults and had lots if room to relax and wind down after a day in Napa Valley.
Me and my two girlfriends had an amazing time staying in the trailer. I would recommend it to anyone and can't wait to go back. No complaints!
We had a wonderful Glamping Experience. We wanted to test the "RV waters" with our kids (boys 8 and 5 years old). Could we handle confined spaces with our kids, and could they handle it with us? We're happy to report, we had a fantastic experience. We're even thinking of buying an RV and becoming airbnb hosts. :)
Tammy and Lloyd set a great example of being conscientious hosts. They provided our sons with flashlights, a basketball, and fresh baked croissants. Thank you Tammy and Lloyd!
Jun and the whole family were great guests. We love that they really "lived" in the trailer for the weekend. We loved watching their boys play basketball and run around the place burning off some of that boy energy. We think they are great guests and will make awesome hosts if they do decide to do it. Thanks Jun for this great review. Sorry we missed the deadline for leaving an official review for you :-(
Tammy and Lloyd were great hosts, making us feel welcome in the first few minutes! Then came the surprises, like really great coffee in the cupboard, cream and butter in the fridge and the warm chocolate chip scones were way over the top! Glamping is definitely a delightful way to stay, and the location is great for walking to/from Downtown Napa. We loved our stay and really appreciated their flexibility in having guests during Christmas week!
Thanks for a great stay!

For our very first time glamping, we had a marvellous time wining and dining in the comfort of Tammy and Lloyd's spacious camper. On arrival we were greeted by a warm smile and helpful advice about the area. The next morning we were surprised with a knock on our door only to be greeted by warm freshly baked scones. Not only was the hospitality great, they're conveniently located near Downtown Napa, where a lot of the swirling and swishing begins. We will definitely be back for more Napa action in Tammy and Lloyd's camper.
Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed the camper and our time! Great hospitality and location. We walked the neighborhood at night and loved being under the stars. The camper was well-stocked, clean and a great selection of movies! We would love to come back! Stacey

Lloyd is a Superintendent, Division of Equipment, CalTrans (aka McGuyver), and I am an ER nurse here in Napa. We love to meet new people and hear their stories.
We want our kids to see how other people live and interact so they will get a bigger picture of the world and all it has to offer.
