This 21st story downtown Atlanta condo is completely remodeled with upgrades and new finishes throughout. Relax, unwind or catch up on movies in the spacious living area, share a meal with family friends or retreat to the comfort of your private balcony with sweeping views of downtown Atlanta and the Atlanta skyline. The fully-equipped kitchen features custom wood cabinetry, brand new stainless steel appliances and all the essentials required for your stay.

Peachtree Towers Condos are perfect for business travelers, weekend adventurers, families, or a couples get away and this 2 bedroom downtown condo sleeps 6 guests in two comfortable bedrooms with a sofa bed in the living area for additional guests. The master suite has a king bed with a walk-in shower and the second bedroom has two twin beds.

You’ll enjoy the best of convenient downtown living when you stay at the impressive Peachtree Towers, a skyscraper when it was built back in 1962, the first residential building in downtown Atlanta and once the tallest at 23-stories. Each rental is deep cleaned, disinfected and sanitized prior to arrival with special attention given to high-touch surfaces.

Other things to note
Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow.

No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Concierge: Peachtree Towers is a residential building, and the residents are quiet, but if a neighbor does make too much noise please call 404-524-4423, and the concierge staff will respond and address the issue. Please try to avoid making noise after 8pm.

Trash chutes are located at the end of each hallway.
