Nicholas' home is a short walk into the city. Our room was quite large and fitted with a bathroom, and the kitchen was well equipped to do whatever cooking we wanted. This AirBnB is a great value.

Nicholas is a gracious host, with wonderful connections in the neighborhood. He could not have been more cordial and accommodating. His house is very pleasant, well-located, and in a safe, lovely neighborhood one block from a large park that is used for exercising, children's entertainment and relaxing. I won't stay anywhere else if I return to Waterford.

Nick's place is perfectly located. It is not on the main routes but very close to all of the sites and entertainment. Parking and access to the room was excellent. The room cleanliness was fine. Anyone who has complained about the cleanliness in the past was expecting Hilton rooms for hostel rates. The room was perfectly fine, clean and comfortable. His house is within a stones throw of a large park and two blocks from the main mall street areas. Of all of the places which I stayed at in Ireland, Nick's place was the only one which offered a washcloth. Other do not have or provide a washcloth and if you are an American, as I am, a washcloth is an expected feature. I would stay with Nick again. Chip

This house is amazing! Very quirky and there are so many cool items around the place, we loved it! The option for self-clean was good too - as a student i'm always looking for ways to save a bit of money! Nicholas and his wife were very welcoming, giving us information on the local area and dealing with any request we had. If we're in Waterford again, we will definitely stay here!

Nicholas had a beautiful house that makes you feel like your rubbing up to historical Ireland. He took us in on short notice but still had everything set out for us so we could feel comfortable when we got there. His place is a 5-10 minute walk to the city center, with plenty of great food, shopping, and pubs. Nicholas was a great host and I would highly recommend booking his place if you want to have a home away from home.
