I’m getting a bit fed up with reviews complaining about the ‘cleanliness’ of my space. I’m not a fastidiously clean person. Most people don’t seem to mind this. But if you are someone who does mind a bit of dust or the occasional hair on the floor in a corner of a room please DO NOT BOOK THIS SPACE. And if you are a cleanliness freak and you do book this space, DO NOT COMPLAIN as you have been warned. This is not a dirty space, bur equally it is not an ice cube. This is me sharing my home with you, If this is what you want then go ahead and book and I would be delighted to host you. As you can see nearly all of my guests have really enjoyed their time here.
Please message me if you have any questions.

Nick has been a very kind host to us. When we arrived in Waterford we did not know where his place was but he very Kindly came to pick me and my husband from the bus stop. Our stay at Nicks house was pleasant and he is a very easy going and helpful person. I would definitely recommend him to anybody visiting Waterford.
Nicholas is a great host! He made me feel very welcome, told me a bit about Waterford and was really helpful re directions etc!
The room was really comfy, nice big bed and lots of storage which was handy as I was there for 4 days!
Would definitely recommend :)
Comfortable place, good location, friendly host
Bella casa nel centro di Waterford che abbiamo condiviso con una coppia americana. La camera era fornita di bagno privato. Il nostro gentilissimo ospite ci ha invitato ad assistere alle jam session in un pub a cui partecipava in prima persona. Esperienza indimenticabile.
It was a great pleasure to meet Nick and stay at his place as a guest. To start with the house is lovely, very centrally located and feels very homely. Nicholas himself is a gentleman and a very laid back host. He even lent me his coat and umbrella when he realised I haven't brought proper clothes for the unpredictable Irish weather. The fact that he loves music and plays at the local pub meant that I could visit a nice pub along with him and listen to a very promising band of local musicians. In all it was a very comfortable stay and I would have no hesitation in recommending Nicholas's place to anyone visiting Waterford.
Nicholas was an absolutely brilliant host, and he really went out of his way to make sure that myself and my partner had a brilliant trip - starting with very kindly picking us up from the station. The room we stayed in was lovely and clean, with a really comfortable bed. Wifi was also an added bonus. Nick's house is only a short walk from a supermarket and the town centre, so it's perfect for all your needs. I highly recommend staying here, as it will not disappoint.
Staying at Nicks apartement was nice. His place is near the centre of the city and the room was clean. Nick told us were to go and what to see. It would have been even better if a small self-service breakfast would have been provided. Thanks for hosting us Nick.
Hi Lea, thanks for your review. It says in the airbnb description that breakfast is not provided. That is why I always let guests know where the nearest supermarket is so they can get themselves what they would like for breakfast. Good luck with the rest of your trip
