Normally I will be around for check in but self check in in most cases cos of timing issue. During check out, normally the guest will leave the keys in the apartment / in the post box.

1. Please throw away all the rubbish in the recyclable plastic bag in front of the apartment.
2. Please switch off all electrical items, air-con and lights when you go out. Be eco-friendly to the environment.
3. Please wear proper swim wear when using the swimming pool.
4. Electricity Meter Reading - Due to many guests that have no consideration on power usage and leave all the electricity running 24 hours. We have no choice but to do meter reading. If the usage of the electricity is more then 10% of the rental rates, we will have to pass down the cost to the guest.
