Tanya was lovely and kind. The day I arrived I got lost and she drove to the city to collect me and my niece. The area is lovely and safe and an easy walk to the city (30 mins). The flat was comfortable, but could do with some new mattresses and blankets. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to catch transport to wherever we wanted to go. I would recommend Tanya's place to families. We are a party of six and fitted comfortably. Thank you Tanya
Amazing and charming place. It was very clean and spacious for four people. The apartment had everything we needed including clean towels and linens.
Our host was very nice and very accommodating. The apartment is located in a great neighborhood, with a beautiful park less than a block away. There were some things that could be improved on, like the backyard, it was very overgrown and not very inviting, and the porch could use some fresh paint. Also a dishwasher, and more comfortable mattresses and sleep sofa bed. The mattresses were very firm, and it was like laying on springs with not cushion, on the sleep sofa bed. Also, access to the apartment was a bit of a surprise. You enter through a door in between two buildings, so its (the length of the building) a long narrow corridor that has only motion lights, to light the way. We found it to be a bit unnerving in a new, and unfamiliar place. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.
First of all, it would have been nice if you have paid for the visitor parking permit you have asked me to purchase. Not only it is the cost, but it take me 2 hours to get it. As a result, I am not going to be buying it for any guests anymore.
Second, the backyard is not overgrown and we do not plant flowers there. it is only rose and other bushes and they are just starting to bloom now, so of course it seemed bare at the time at the time you were here, but absolutely not overgrown! The patio gets painted every spring, we are actually will be doing it shortly.
Third, the mattresses are brand new, you were the third guests that used them. Some people like them firm, some soft. It is hard to find mattresses that suit everybody's tastes.
The guests who used them just before you - loved them.
Fourth, we do not advertise the apartment as 3 beds. We advertise it as 2 beds - please check the listing.
We do not consider the sofa bed as the third bed and we list the apartment for 4 people. It can certainly be used on occasion, but it is not the third bed.
Fifth, we do not list dishwasher as one of the amenities, if you expected one - you needed to book another apartment. The list of amenities is available on the website.
Lastly, the way old San Francisco houses were built - is with the narrow breezeways, set way back into the property. I can see that it can be strange.
What a great find! This full two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Pacific Heights and is a lot of bang for the buck. It was immaculate and well appointed with a full kitchen. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend this property more highly.
so glad that you have enjoyed your stay!

Very friendly and gave us a lot of advice and help. House good location, overlooking the city, street parking is fairly easy. Inside the house fully furnished, very clean, we were very satisfied, should the next will come again. Thank you.
Tanya's place was awesome we had a great stay. It was walking distance to filmore st which has some great places to eat, and the view from the park was great. Public transport stops at the front door with easy access to everywhere you want to go.
The place presents lovely and clean and was very comfortable except the beds being the only downfall as they were very uncomfortable and need replacing.
If the mattresses get replaced I would definitely stay there again.
