As on-site property owners, living in a separate backyard cottage when guests rent our home, it is our pleasure to assist our guests in any way we can, and make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, without being intrusive. And thank you Cathy for pointing out things we can improve upon. We will prepare a binder for our guests, and keep it current, to provide information about our area, which has so much to offer all year long. And apologies for not advising you about the drop in water pressure in the third floor Loft Room shower when many of the remaining 5 bathroom showers or bathtubs are being used at the same time. As is common in our area, we are on our own private water well. While our water is great mountain spring water right out of our faucets, we cannot achieve the higher level of water pressure that most guests are used to on their public town water lines. Going forward, we will make sure that guests are advised about the optimal use of showers and bathtubs, and the need to coordinate how many showers are in use at the same time, in order to provide sufficient water pressure to all of our guests, particularly in the Loft Room shower. And we do have a "hot water on demand" system, so no one needs to worry about running out of hot water. Again, thank you, we do appreciate all feedback, so we can continue to improve our guest experience.
