A big and sunny apartment of 140 sqm.
The Canela Room, is broad, with a double bed, and the space needed to relax after you have been around in town. It looks straight into the Bustamante Park's heart and invites you to exercise a healthy body or to sit and listen to a delicious mixture of city and nature.
The apartment has three bed rooms to rent, but usually at least two of them are booked in long term stayings.
One is The Nordic Room, with a single bed and a nice northern light is perfect for one person. A nice place to be quiet and enjoy silence. A place for people at work.
The other is the Atacama Room, seldom available, cause usually long term visitors prefer it, with its 26 sqm and a festival of light and joy. (60 USD/night & 10 USD + for a couple)
Common areas are also broad, and you can choose wether to have company or not. Cable TV and WiFi, are included and a big bathroom is shared by two or max. three guests. Usually two.
Friday is the BIG cleaning day, and Aurora makes everything up, and does as well the laundry. Everything is included on the fare: towels and sheets are changed.
We have supermarkets, Metro, hospital, library, church and what ever you may need in an area of 100 meters around. We are in the heart of Santiago, but enjoying the green part of town. Restaurants, cycle way, everything within your reach.
Canela Room is charming and you will be in the middle of an active and atractive city.
But if you prefer to be by your own you can enjoy a beatiful apartment at the main Center of Santiago, with living room, bedroom, broad bathroom and a little kitchen. See the listing, is 65 USD per night, and special offers for long term stayings

Staying in this room was a great place to start my trip to Chile. The location, and the host Nene, as mentioned by most people, are great. There are some good cafes and restaurants around & it's a comfortable bed when you're tired from the day in Santiago.
Nene is very nice, has great advise for exploring the City & speaks English and Spanish. We had a great Sunday dinner with some friends of hers & I felt very welcomed.
Nené's flat was my first AirBnB stay and it did not disappoint - it is located in a great place with easy access to the metro, supermarkets and central district.
The flat is clean, spacious and has a great host. Thank you Nené!
We loved staying with Nene. She went above and beyond the call of duty in hostessing us, and made us feel at home from the minute we walked in in the middle of the night. The location of the apartment is superb, with every major site accessible by either walking or taking the metro near by. There are lots of restaurants in the area, as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, library with coffee shop, and more. We recommend staying with Nene.
My stay in Nené's apartment was fantastic. Nené is a wonderful host and creates a very pleasant atmosphere for her guests. Apart from her charm, Nené is honest and, being well-traveled herself, understands the needs of travelers. I would enthusiastically recommend staying in this room. I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The apartment is in a great location in Santiago. Around the corner from a supermarket and near many nice restaurants.
Nene is a wonderful person and I really enjoyed staying at her house. She was nice enough to let me stay in the master bedroom of the house which she normally doesn't rent out. She gave me some valuable tips on Santiago and Valparaiso and went out of her way to help me out when I needed to get a bus ticket and shop for a new backpack. If you stay with Nene you will have a great time and get a chance to meet an incredibly wonderful person.
It was a pleasure to stay with Nene. Comfy room, nice big lounge. It's 20-30min walk to the city centre (or few metro stations) and just a short walk from all the bars and restaurants of Bellavista.
Brilliant! A lovely stay with Nene in Santiago. This was the first time I'd used an AirBNB share accomodation, rather than renting a full place, and Nene was the perfect host. The apartment's location is great - so much better than I realised when I booked. I easily walked to the historic centre, bellavista (great restaurants, nightlife) and the relaxed cafes of LaStarria. There's also a major metro station just a few hundred metres from the apartment, and a big supermarket really close by. The whole apartment big, airy, and lovely. Exactly as detailed on the site. But the best part was Nene's hosting skills. She's avaialble to help if you need it, or will leave you alone if that's what you're after. She loaned me a metro card which i could recharge, and even offered me a warm jacket for my daytrip to the Andes. So nice! I was staying over easter and was invited to a paella lunch with her sister and another guest - just another beautiful Santiago memory. Many travellers only stay in santiago a few days, but I had a great week doing daytrips to Valparaidiso, the Andes, wineries etc . Fab. (I also know Nene about to set up a private apartment in the city for AirBNB rental. I've seen it and reckon it'll also be great if your after something on your own.)
I spent 2 weeks in the Canela Room at Nene's beautiful apartment. Nene is a wonderful, gracious host, and she made me and the other guests feel completely at home. She went out of her way on several occasions to make my stay more enjoyable and memorable, including introducing me to friends in Santiago and putting me in touch with people in other cities where I was visiting later. In addition to providing more than expected hospitality (including full laundry service!) in the apartment, she also took the time to show me a few of her favorite spots in Santiago. The apartment itself is even better than the photos, in an incredible location on Parque Buscamente, with a great view of the park from the Canela Room. The only disadvantage is that it gets a bit noisy at night, and it was too hot when I was there to keep the window closed. But the bed was incredibly comfortable, it was a perfect combination of privacy and opportunity to socialize. I would definitely stay with Nene again if I return to Santiago, and I would recommend the apartment to anyone. It's worth well more than any hotel.
