Looking for a personal retreat site, a central location for adventure, or just a place to spend a few nights or a weekend? This quiet hillside home with amazing views is ten minutes from I-5 and just outside of town. The spacious living room with writing desk, bedroom, bath, mini-kitchen (with hot plate), grill, patio, outdoor fire pit, and private coded entrance are on the lower floor of this rural mid-century modern house—our family home since 1960. (P.S. There is no cleaning fee.)

The space
Watch the sunrise over Mt. St. Helens, meditate from the barn door in the misty morning meadow with the deer, read a book in the garden, enjoy your complimentary coffee and continental breakfast on the patio, and hike into the Seminary Hill Natural Area directly adjacent to the property. At night, watch the moon slip down the valley from your bed as the coyotes howl. Ideal for one or two people.
