The space
The camper is located on a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The camper is a clean and safe spot to relax or work in peace. You have your own private fenced in area the camper cleaned and sanitized after each guest. There is plenty of free street parking right by camper. There is a bedroom with TV, kitchen, bathroom, living room with TV, private fenced in patio area with outdoor seating, fire pit and dinning area. The bedroom has queen size bed, the living room area has a couch that turns into a queen size bed as well and there is a single air mattress if needed. There is heat/AC, blankets, pillows, towels, linens, etc. The bathroom has shower, sink, toilet. There is a stove top, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. There is no use of oven. Pots/pans utensils and dishes, Coffee pot, Soap, towels, blankets, pillows and all bedding you need. If we have fire wood in stock it will be outside the camper available for purchase and you can scan the QR code in the Camper to buy, if there is no firewood outside the camper, it means we do not have any in stock. you would have to purchase your own somewhere else. Fire must never be left unattended and also must be put out with water when finished. If you have a fire please keep camper door closed so smoke does not go inside. Your privacy is always respected and nobody bothers you, but we are always available if you have any questions or concerns. We require a clear picture of ID to be sent to us same day of making reservation in the messages, once reservation is confirmed. If you click the pictures on the listing you can enlarge them to get a better view of the camper. If you are looking for transportation services, such as limousine for a night out on the town, to and from airport or any other recommendations , please let us know. Please be advised before booking that we do not give refunds if you cut your stay short or arrive at a later date, purchasing the travel insurance should be considered. No pets please as we are highly allergic to dogs, cats and other animals. RV stays at this location and cannot be moved. There are two campers on this property. If you need more space please let us know and we will see if the other one is available as well. If we are booked for the dates you need please check out our other listings to see if we have available dates at another property.
