About this listing

Lovely room with private bath. We are on the road going from the Historic Windmill down to the world class bay beach named "First Encounter" because that is where the Pilgrims first encountered the Indians!

The Space

Both rooms are en suite. I pride myself in cleanliness and hosting.I have been an official town licensed B&B for 15 years and am a member of the Eastham Chamber of Commerce. I try to make everyone feel at home and leave as new friends.I love to help people discover Cape Cod. This is my home and grew I up here. If you need another room or this room is booked, look at Eastham beaches 2 for the other room I have available a Breakfast of Coffee, tea, cocoa and a simple menu of muffins and fruit to start your day.

Living room, Kitchen, Front porch, back deck. Pretty much everything.Beach towels and beach chairs available for use.

I try to give my guests there own space to do what they want to do. I want this house to be your house for your stay. I can answer all your questions and be there for your needs. It is just myself and sometimes my daughter when she is not away at boarding school. I try to be here to meet you on arrival. Sometimes this is not possible and I let you know ahead of time that I will be at a meeting or someplace. I am usually back soon after you arrive.

This house was built in 1870. It did not have plumbing (bathrooms) water, electricity or heat until I restored it in 1998. So it is an OLD house, but with modern amenities.
