Lovely room with private bath. We are on the road going from the Historic Windmill down to the world class bay beach named "First Encounter" because that is where the Pilgrims first encountered the Indians!
I provide Beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella if needed. Also there are some bikes for your use!

Sarah has a beautiful home. Very good location for exploring the whole coast. The bedroom was very comfortable and perfect for a couple.

Such a beautiful home and so close to First Encounter beach, plus other beaches in the area! Would stay again!

The house is beautiful with comfortable room. Nice front and back porch to enjoy a drink and book. Sarah loaned us beach umbrella, beach chairs and towels- very convenient. Nice simple breakfast. We felt at home and comfortable. Check out the national sea shore like coast guard beach, take drive up to Provincetown, and pick up some cold drinks from the liquor/grocery shop right by Sarah's house.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah's lovely home. It was just what we needed to chill out and relax in a beautiful quiet spot. The nearest beach is walkable and a great tree-lined bike trail connects nearby towns where you can find more restaurants and go a bit further along the road to get to beaches, so we found it fine to get around without a car for a few days. The house is great and very comfortable, Sarah and Mia made us feel at home, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast provided and sitting out on the gorgeous front porch. Thanks again for having us! We would recommend this place.

I was in town for a training at the Cape Cod Institute. I highly recommend Sarah's place to anyone who wants to stay in Eastham. Its lovely and comfortable; I felt completely relaxed and at home. Morning and afternoons on the porch were especially pleasant. Sarah is a very welcoming, friendly host. The location is wonderful - I walked to the town beach, biked to watch the sunset over the bay. I could easily bike to my training and the ocean beaches. The rail trail is a few minutes away as is the grocery store and anything else you could need. I am looking forward to coming back next summer.

Sarah is a great host! She is relaxed and welcoming! Our room was warm but at night we had a fantastic cross breeze so AC wasn't needed. My sister and I slept comfortably and really enjoyed the beautiful home! The house itself is only about a five minute drive from Naussett beach, and a mile from a local grocery shop, but did not have a vast variety of restaurants within the town that were great. We instead went to a town close by often. Overall we had a fantastic experience and would certainly stay there again!

I am from Eastham so I know the area. I like to bike and go to the beach. I have my own decorating business.
