We loved our stay here! The house felt like a private hotel when we got there. The pool was great. The entire house was gated so we felt safe letting our dog run around freely. We loved using the BBQ and the Apple TVs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would love to stay there again one day!

Great layout. Rad backyard. Our little dog loved running around the grounds. Adam was prompt, easygoing and friendly. For money spent, just wish the pool was cleaned and ready for us to go in upon checkin. Still had a great time!

Our host wasn't able to accommodate all of our needs at the time of our stay. One of the A/C units in the house that controlled the living room area and one of the bedrooms, was not working at all and therefore we had to sleep in 120 weather our first night stay. Our host did not get someone out to fix the issue until the next day at 2pm which meant we no longer were able to enjoy our stay because we had the AC guy at our airbnb from 2pm-6pm. Lastly one of the beds advertised is the "pull out couch," which also happened to be broken. WE contacted the host and he chose to ignore the issue. 2 of our guests had to sleep on the floor due to the inconvenience of the pull out bed. We then had to take further action and contact "Airbnb" due to these two major issues and the host not willing to cooperate. We understand that situations like these are common and can happen, but the fact that the host felt "threatened" as mentioned in a message to us, was blown out of proportion when all we asked was for him to compensate us for our stay due to MAJOR issues within his place. If you advertise your airbnb and include "A/C and a 3rd Bed" in your description, then you ought to make sure both those things are fully functional upon arrival. Other than that we managed to make the most out of our stay and did acknowledge the host at least getting someone out there to fix the AC unit even if it did take a whole day and a half. The house itself was nice , had plenty of games, was spacious, and the pool was great. I wish those two things could have been handled sooner because this place does have great potential of being a fabulous rental. I am thankful that "airbnb" was able to acknowledge our major concerns and took care of the situation at hand. Thanks

This was a last minute guest which I usually refuse. It was 120 degrees out and one of the air conditioning units broke. I understand how frustrating that can be. However all I could do was fix it. The repairman was there asap. It took several hours to repair. I know how a vacation can be ruined. I intended to offer her a complete refund for the inconvenience. However she threatened me with a bad review if I did not do what she wanted. I told her at that point that she should deal with airbnb. I said I would agree to their decision. She did and I did. She would have been much happier had she been polite. When I get a threat I stop talking. All the other nonsense is just that nonsense. I take care of our guests and stand by our close to 600 positive reviews on our properties

Absolutely loved our vacation from Los Angeles in this secluded property! Our furry friends LOVED the space surrounding the house, and the full fenced in property. The top of the garage was great to watch the sunrise, sunset, and see all the stars we miss in Los Angeles. Will hopefully be staying again!

Great place to stay at for Coachella if you don't mind the distance. Also, the cleanliness of the house could be worked on.
