The tranquil courtyard is ideal for relaxing. Every effort is made to provide for guests comfort. The loft bedroom is private and suitable for one or two persons.
Guests have access to their private bedroom with a queen size bed; a bathroom - with rainforest shower and soaking bath - and a walk in clothes closet. The spacious bedroom is air-conditioned, and a television with DVD player is provided.
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen (wash up/clear away please), which features gas/electric stove, and fridge/freezer; as well as the shared house areas.
Washing machine/dryer/clothes line are available for guest use. There is secure garaging for a small vehicle/bikes. Wi-fi is available as well as free-to-air Australian digital television.
Sustainable use of water and energy is greatly appreciated.
Guests are asked not to download illegal material using the wireless internet provided onsite.

Other things to note
Pauline provides wholemeal/grain bread for toast, free range eggs, coffee, tea(s), drinking chocolate, orange juice and cereal, for breakfast during your stay.
Stays of seven days and over include a weekly room clean and weekly change of bed linens. Extra bath towels, and bath robes, are available.
If you wish to visit popular tourist attractions you would be advised to book ahead. Please ask Pauline for further details about guided tours.
Tours from Adelaide to Kangaroo Island and back to Adelaide in one day are very long and many guests find them very tiring: consider taking two or three day tours to Kangaroo Island .
Please let Pauline know your proposed arrival and departure times when making your initial reservation request. (Guests wishing to arrive before 12 noon and after 8 pm, may incur an additional charge.)
Guests are advised that there is currently no pet (dog) in residence. Please check prior to making a reservation if the presence of a (future) pet dog is a concern for you.
Our Central Market in Adelaide is very famous and is close by in the city. You will probably find all the food you need there. or in our local shops.
Please also be aware that Australia has very strict food quarantine laws. You are advised not to bring food into Australia unless it has special clearance: otherwise your food will be confiscated, and there are heavy fines. Please check the Australian Customs website for more details.
Fruit must not be brought across the borders into South Australia (by plane, bus, truck, rail, bike, or car) to help guard against fruit fly outbreaks which can devastate horticulture.
Strictly no smoking policy. Responsible drinking of alcohol. No recreational drugs permitted on the premise.
Courteous adult behaviour appreciated, particularly late at night.

A weekly linen service and clean are included for visitors of seven days plus.
You may use the kitchen (and clean up afterwards), washing machine/dryer, and the other shared areas of the home.

The premises are strictly non-smoking.
Secure parking for one medium sized vehicle or bicycles is available.
Regrettably the loft is not accessible by persons with special mobility needs.
