Perfectly located in Legian, this cozy 1BR studio is just less than 15-minute walk from Double Six Beach. The open-plan living space features a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for two, a comfortable sofa, AC, and a ceiling fan, opening onto a private plunge pool with bean bags. The air-conditioned bedroom includes a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. Housekeeping is provided 6 days per week, with 24/7 concierge service.
The space
Entering the studio, you'll first be greeted by the open-plan living area. A cozy lounge with a dedicated workspace sits ahead, while the fully equipped kitchen is located to your left, making the space feel bright, practical, and inviting.
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a two-burner stove, kitchen island, dining table for two, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, water dispenser, and essential cookware and tableware. Both air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep the living area cool and comfortable throughout the day.
Just beyond the living area, glass doors open to your private outdoor space, where a refreshing plunge pool awaits. Unwind on the two bean bags under the umbrella, making it the perfect spot to soak up Bali's tropical atmosphere after a day at the beach.
Opposite the plunge pool is the air-conditioned bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe, safety box, and an ensuite bathroom. Designed for comfort and privacy, it's the perfect place to recharge after a day exploring Legian.
Daily housekeeping is included once very 2 days, along with 24-hour concierge service available via call or text to assist you throughout your stay.
A shared parking area is available, though availability may vary. If you plan to bring a car, please let us know in advance so we can check availability for you.
As the surrounding area continues to develop, there is construction nearby and some noise may be heard during the day. We will always do our best to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

We can help bring your clothes to a nearby laundry. Please avoid fragile items and check everything when it’s returned.
• Should I expect to encounter mosquitoes, insects or other animals?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the studio if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, mouses, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
