Immediately across street from very upscale hotels, a major city hospital and 7 minutes walk to the Convention Centre.
Excellent bus service throughout the city available within 5 minute walk and both light rail transit services including to airport and more distant locations (and suburbs) is 7 minutes walk away.

We were made to feel extremely welcome by Michael and Fernande when we met them. Communication was easy and prompt. The apartment was as described and was in a fabulous location with fantastic city and harbour views and easy access to Downtown, transport etc. It was spacious and accomodated our needs as a family of four adults adequately. the apartment was well equipped for us to be able to cook etc. Michael was very responsive to any issues and queries we had. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others and have no hesitation in rebooking it ourselves next time we're all back in Vancouver.

MIke is a great host, very friendly, helpful and reliable. The apartment is very spacious and there is a lot of light thanks to the large windows. Also the location downtown is unbeatable. For us, a family of six it was simply the best choice we could make. We would definitely stay at Mike's place again.
Excellent accommodation at Michael's property. It is centrally located providing easy access to all Vancouver attractions. The apartment is very well kept and was ready when we arrived. Without a doubt, this was an excellent rental. We were 2 families (4 adults, a 4 year old, a 1.5 year old and a 1 year old) and this place was ideal. It was centrally located, we walked pretty much everywhere (Gastown, Yaletown, Granville Island, Olympic flame) and could easily come back to the apartment to get the kids down to nap.
The place was very well furnished, had tons of towels and sheets for us to use, and was clean when we arrived. Pick up of the key was simple and the available car parking was also great.
Overall I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.
