This professionally decorated vacation rental condo in Playa del Carmen has absolutely everything you need from linens, towels, satellite tv, and a new FULL SIZE stack-able washer and dryer, unlike the other units with a "spinner type unit" which does not fully dry. There are TVs and DVD players in both the living room and the master bedrooms. The condo will sleep four people comfortably as it has a king size bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also included in this Playa del Carmen condo. This holiday rental condo is located on the third floor with elevator access. BBQ on you private terrace! Two bikes are included for your convenience.
Our building is brand new and has the nicest amenities we have seen in Playa. Best pool in Playa...feels like you are in Miami or Vegas with the beds that are lounging in the pool, or hang out in the wading area. There are six in-pool beds, covered lounge chairs, 2 jacuzzis, pool table, Foosball, poker table, gym, trash chute and ELEVATOR (you know these things are important if you have stayed anywhere else!) You can walk to everything. There are other lounging and entertainment areas situated around the beautifully landscaped grounds as well as WIFI throughout the complex.
If you want to hang out at the condo, you can relax on the balcony with seating and beautiful plants and vines filled with flowers to watch the pool activity from above. A complementary cell phone is provided. The condo has 24 hour security. Upon entering the building, we have a full reception area with a friendly staff and security to greet you. This is a unique feature in Playa. Weekly maid service is included also in the price. Ramps in building. Minimum Age Limit for Renters.
We are located close to Mamitas Beach and Kool and Carnival (URL HIDDEN) far the best beach clubs to relax, swim in the ocean or the pool, eat sushi or a burrito, and be served your favorite cold drink. There is no rock or coral to be concerned about in this area of Playa....just pure white sand and turquoise ocean. We are also at the end of the beach which has the best restaurants.
You may want to reconsider cooking when one block away is 5th Ave, a walking pedestrian mall, with hundreds of restaurants at your disposal. we are located on 34th Street between 10th Ave and 20th Ave, across from the park. There has been a tremendous amount of growth in restaurants over the past few months just at the end of our street and the next block, including La Bodeguita del Medio (Cuban), Chez Celine (French Bakery), Como Como (Mediterranean), Da Gigi (Italian), Aqua Chilies (fresh seafood tacos at great prices),Coffee Cafe (coffee and desserts), Xocolatier (coffees, desserts, salads, and sandwiches), La Portena (Argentinian),Mille Voglie (Italian), Michelandia Sport Bar, Chocolotier Niugatier (French Chocolate Shop), Sala Rosa (Lounge), Dios de la Arena (Bar), Season Bistro (Mediterranean), Club de Cerveza (Bar), Maya Luna (upscale Mexican), Bare Mar (seafood),Luna Maya (upscale Mexican),Drupas 38 (Mediterranean), The Winery (wine shop and restaurant), Reva (juices, healthy options), Origenes (upscale Mexican), Pummarola (Italian), a Juice Bar, Pacha Mama (Mexican),Quinto Cantina (bar), Green Box (bagels, fruit juices, salads), Chitepin (economical Mexican), Disfruita (Juice Bar), Dello Sport (Italian), Patty Putines (pastries), Nikkori (sushi), Aloha Grill (Mexican), Mexican-Biergarden (beer garden), Banana Pizza (pizza), Cava Veintess (wine bar), and several more. POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Please review the following policies and procedures. They form the legal contract between the OWNER and the TENANT.
You are requested to acknowledge that you have read and understood the policies and procedures outlined below and that you agree to them - by email. Please print, fill out highlighted info, sign each page, and return.

The OWNER rents the following property to the TENANT -

For a total of no more than 5 adults but as indicated in booking.
This includes the final cleaning costs.
The rental property is fully equipped and furnished and these items are available for the tenant's use.
LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TENANT
The rental property including the furniture and the other contents are to be treated with care. The Tenant is held responsible for the actions of other people, including any guests or visitors they might have, within the house.There are no overnight guests allowed unless approved in advance. The Tenant is liable for any damaged goods, damage to the property or damage to anything else related to the property and/or common areas, whether caused by themselves or their accompanying guests or visitors. The Tenant must abide by the condominium rules. Occupancy count includes all children who require bedding and are over the age of 1year at time of arrival. Only registered guests are allowed inside the villa or apartment, and on the property. Each villa or apartment has a specified maximum number of occupants. Should the owner or manager notice this number is exceeded, it reserves itself the right to end this contract immediately without further notice or refund.
Guests shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful, so as not to disturb other residents in the neighbourhood. Absolutely NO house parties or functions are allowed without advance WRITTEN permission from the owners.
Faults that are found before or during the rental period are to be reported to the Property Manager or Owner immediately. Neither the condo’s owner nor the property manager shall be responsible for any accidents or injuries to guests during or after their stay. Likewise, neither the condo’s owner nor the property manager shall be responsible for theft, lost or stolen items, or items left after occupancy.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE
Early or late departure due to act of God or the tenant will not entitle the tenant to a refund.
Check in is 3 pm and check out is 11 am. We will always try to accommodate tenant if arrival or departure times are outside of the designated check in and check out times. We ask for cooperation in these matters.
At the end of the rental period, will vacate the property and return keys to the Propery Manager,and will leave the property in the same condition to that in which it was found.
Any extraordinary cleaning costs incurred by the Owner or Damage may be passed on to the Tenant at the Property Manager's discretion.

Our Company tries hard to ensure that items listed on our website are in place, in working order, and the descriptions are as accurate and as reasonable as possible and that the rental is in good working order with all amenities in place. The owners or their manager will be available to handle questions, complaints and supervise maintenance. In case of a maintenance problem, the owners or their administrator will strive to have the problem repaired as soon as possible after being notified. Consider carefully that NO REFUND, or RATE ADJUSTMENT shall be made for unforeseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool filtration systems, air conditioning, telephone, television or satellite service, appliances, etc. No refund or rate adjustment shall be made for any disturbance outside of the control of the property owner or his staff, such as construction at nearby properties or noisy parties at other villas, condos or hotels. Your agreement is for a specific property that is privately owned. We cannot move you to another property if you have a problem or complaint with the property. No shows, late arrivals, reductions in the number of guests, and early departures are all non-refundable.
Any reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
100% refund minus $100 handling fee for cancellations prior to 60 days.
Cancellations less than 60 days, deposit is forfeited. Holiday Bookings are non-refundable.
Penalty for Violation of this Agreement
If the Tenant or their guests violates any of the conditions or restrictions of this Agreement, the user agrees that the Owner and/or Administrator of the property may terminate this Agreement and enter the Villa or apartment. Upon notice of termination of the Agreement, the Tenant and all invitees shall vacate the Villa immediately without being entitled to any refund of rent or security deposit.
LAWS AND JURISDICTION.- This agreement is executed under articles 3134,3139,3140,3141,3149,3150 and any other applicable provisions of the Civil Code for the State of Quintana Roo , Mexico. For any dispute resulting from, in connection with or arising out of the execution, interpretation and enforcement of this agreement the parties hereto submitted themselves to the applicable laws and the jurisdiction of the Courts of the City of Playa del Carmen, Municipio de Solidaridad, State of Quintana Roo, Mexico, expressly waving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled for any other reason. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Company, LetsGoPDC, employees and agents from and against any action, cause, claim, damage, debt, demand or liability, including reasonable costs and attorney's fees, asserted by any person, arising out of or relating to you and any members of your party: (a) this Agreement; (b) your use of the Service, including any data or work transmitted or received by you; and (c) any libelous, slanderous, indecent or other statement concerning any person made or published by you or your party.
