Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
My home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Ankeny with a 16 min. drive to downtown Des Moines and Wells Fargo Arena. The high trestle trail is about 8 blocks away with a nice park 1 block away. The highlight of my home is the newly remodeled bedrooms and bathroom. There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms. The guest bed is brand new. The living room has a 55” LG OLED 4k TV with a PlayStation 5. I have high-speed cable internet with cable through slingTV.

The space
You're going to love the walk-in tiled shower. Both bedrooms have new carpet with fresh paint. The master bedroom has a remote controlled ceiling fan. I do a thorough cleaning of my house before every new guest.

Guest access
Guests will have access to bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen area. My office and basement will be locked.

Other things to note
Complimentary coffee and tea will be provided. There is also a homemade ice cream maker if you want to buy the cream and half n half.

I work as an IT/PC technician for MMC (insurance company). I decided to turn my one and only home into my side hustle to help pay the mortgage off.
