I'm sorry you felt that you had some difficulty communicating. We are open seven days a week 13 hours a day and are always available via email except for those hours we are closed. We also have a 24 hour emergency line. This is actually the first time someone has commented on our communication as that is usually what our guests appreciate the most - our quick responses to inquiries, the actual booking process and then we send each guest helpful information that we put together for our guests to assist in their planning process. Additionally we send you driving instructions, a map, door access codes and other information directly related to the house. We do work really hard to exceed our guests expectations and I'm sorry you didn't feel this was the case for you.
