Rosanne's house is perfect for my needs - close to the CBD and walking distance to the bus stop and supermarket. Her house is stylish and comfortable to stay. Not to mention her dog, Wilfred, being a good pal during my stay. Kylie, who is in charge while Rosanne is away, is very friendly and is always around when you need help. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!
The room was lovely, clean and spacious in the equally stylish house. I found the location was convenient to many places of interest i visited. i did have a car and parking was always available. The hosts were very helpful and made me feel welcome, it was just like being at home with friends. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will happily come back! Highly recommended.
If you're seeking accommodation in North Hobart, look no further! Rose's place is one of the cosiest homes I've ever been to. Never thought I would see a heated towel rack and such a diverse collection of books but you will definitely be impressed by what she has. And then there's also little Wilfred who will brighten up your day if it's all cloudy outside! Rose provided me with a lot of useful information on events, attractions and even restaurants prior to, and during my stay. There's also brochures in her house that will help you get around. I fully recommend this listing to anyone who wishes to visit Hobart and I will certainly stay at her place again if I'm ever going back!
A beautiful and cosy home! I was so comfortable and peaceful staying here. A did not meet Rose in person as she was travelling but she was incredibly generous and helpful via email. I was made to feel at home by Anne who was house sitting for Rose. Wilfred the dog was the sweetest companion. There was tea, coffee, a lovely decked out kitchen and spa bath. And a manageable walk to North Hobart with beautiful views of the city below. Just loved my time in Hobart.
Just a short walk from trendy North Hobart, Rose's beautiful home welcomed me with much needed warmth. I was catered for with more than I could have needed. If unlimited tea and heated towel racks isn't enough, making a puppy friend in Wilfred is a mighty bonus. Also, Rose is super helpful by making great suggestions for local restaurants, events and activities. I really appreciated the love from such a classy lady.
Rosanne is a friendly and gracious host. She thoroughly went over all of the home's amenities and how to use the kitchen facilities and bathroom. Her home is just as lovely as it is in the pictures, more so! Everything was very clean and tidy. The backyard was a nice place to rest and relax where I enjoyed working on my computer with the company of her little dog Wilfred (so cute!) and her bunny HipHop. Rosanne even offered to pick up groceries for me while she was at the grocery store.
This was my first experience with Airbnb. Rose's was the best choice I could have made. The house is lovely and welcoming; full of travel books and memorabilia. Rose is a fountain of information as she is a well seasoned traveller. The location, while not in the CBD has buses or one could walk or ride a bike. It's close enough, a five minute walk to shops, supermarkets, trendy North Hobart, 10 minutes to MONA if you drive. The more I explored the more I found. The quality of food, linen and house maintenance is impeccable. Wilfred the little house dog will entertain and is much a part of the total experience. I can't thank Rose enough for her wonderful hospitality.

Hi, my name is Rosanne, however most people call me Rose.
