Enjoy endless views! Aloha Victoria is a 5 minute walk to the Beach and the Esquimalt Lagoon, a 20 minute walk to Royal Roads University, and a 25 minutes drive to downtown. It boasts panoramic views of the ocean, mountains and downtown Victoria. Get cozy in the Jacuzzi hot tub (open year round) or by the indoor fireplace.

Our beach-chic suite offers an open concept living area with a NEW king bed, a sofa bed, fireplace, and TV + kitchenette and full bath.

The space
Aloha Victoria is perfect for a couple or solo traveler (maximum 3 guests)

• Living area/main room - one king bed and sofa bed, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, electric fireplace, Dyson Hot+Cool (climate control and air purifier) and views of the ocean, city, and mountains. *The king bed is new as of March 2022.
• Kitchenette - high-top table for four, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction burner, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker (coffee and tea included). Various kitchen utensils and dishes are also included.
• Washroom - one full washroom including soaker tub. Linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryer provided. Robes provided for guests staying 2+ nights.
• Patio and Jacuzzi hot tub (guest access only) - The Jacuzzi hot tub is located on the front patio with views overlooking the ocean, mountains, and city. *Note - the Aloha Victoria property and Jacuzzi hot tub is visible from the main house.
• At Aloha Victora, we have Paddleboards available for rent. Rentals start at $50 for one paddleboard, +$40 for each additional paddleboard. You may use your rentals for your entire stay (max 3 nights/4 days, aligning with your check-in and check-out dates and times - no exceptions). Each paddleboard comes with a paddle, leash, repair kit, carry bag, fin, hand pump, and Kayak "seat" attachment. If your choose to book a paddleboard or set of paddleboards, they will be available outside of your suite, adjacent to the outdoor dining area upon arrival.

Aloha Victoria is truly a prime location. Whether you are staying for one night or an entire month we have access to everything you need to feel right at home. Aloha Victoria is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Under a 25 minute drive to downtown Victoria, Aloha Victoria is tucked away on a private lane-way in the ocean side community of Colwood. Perched on the hill overlooking the Esquimalt Lagoon, the property boasts panoramic views of the Victoria harbor, Washington state mountains and the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

Aloha Victoria is a perfect seaside escape. It is adjacent to the sprawling old growth Royal Roads University forest and the Esquimalt (pronounced ‘Ess-KWI-malt’) Lagoon. In minutes, you can find yourself escaping for a forest hike or beachside run.

Our neighbourhood features miles of breathtaking ocean beachfront perfect for walks, beachcombing, sand castles and water play. Across the road from the beach is the lagoon, where ducks and swans float and herons and eagles are often spotted along with many other shorebirds. The calm water of the lagoon is perfect for a peaceful ride in the canoe or kayak.

Parking is all along the road that runs adjacent to the lagoon.

We travelled to Victoria many times over the years. It was always calling our names. We purchased our home with the intent to share the great adventures of the island. We support growing closer in our relationships in a comfortable setting. You will not need to think about anything other than the clothes that you are wearing and the food that you want to indulge in. Cozy up by the fire or in the jacuzzi with views of the ocean (Juan De Fuca Strait) and Mt Baker.
