The space
Watch a magnificent sunrise or sunset over a one acre, private, stocked lake with a beautiful fountain. Listen to the morning birds, Purple Martins April-August, 3 chickens, 1 rooster, 1 white goose and ducks. Breathe in the fresh, clean, country air. If it rains, you can still relax on one of the wooden swings under the tin roof dock that juts out over the water.

If you're from the city, you're in for a treat (WHEN ABAILABLE) should you choose to stroll barefooted inside the 350 ft. diameter grass mowed, 4 circular, 15' wide grass trails GROUNDING YOUR BODY, leading to the center: HAVEN.

In the evening, sit around a campfire and listen to the crickets churping as the sun goes down and the moon & stars come out to fill the night sky. You'll unwind quickly and wish time could stand still. I DO

Two Breakfast and Lunch restaurants Tina’s and The Mealhose Crossroads are within a few minutes drive.

Pizza may be ordered and prepared with a 15" wait at the gas station 1.4 miles down the road.

A small country Restaurant is a five minute drive, called Tina’s Restaurant. It closes at 2:00, opens at 6:00 a.m. for the local farmers.

Larger city restaurants are 13 miles north and south of here in Lewisburg and Fayetteville.

ALSO:
NO ISSUE IF YOU HAVE VERIZON as your cellphone network.
Other networks are questionable due to surrounding hills, metal on travel trailer and distance from towers. I apologize for the inconvenience, it comes with being way out in the country.

Other things to note
Be Aware:
A Travel trailer has a MUCH SMALLER hot water heater than a 2-3 bedroom house, so showers need to be shorter.

Wait 15-20 minutes between showers.

Should you visit during FREEZING TEMPERATURES, you may need to have the water SLOWLY drip from the bathroom AND kitchen sinks to keep the water lines from icing up.

As spring and summer sun warms the lake and pond, evaporation takes place LOWERING their levels.
The less rain we receive results in unfortunate LOWERING of the lake and pond levels.
Every summer is different.

Where I went to school: Earth school
My work: Retired school teacher of 34 years KEY LARGO, FLORIDA
My life motto is: We are all One, Do unto others as you would have them Do unto you, and All for one and one for All. I bought this 13 acre property from a local neighbor down the road here in Pleasant Valley in 2002 and had a pond dug in 05. I retired from 34 years of teaching in the fabulous Florida Keys the summer of 07 and quickly went to Indiana to care for my mother who had pancreatic cancer. After she passed, I moved into the new 05 travel trailer and began developing the land. How quickly these years have passed. I enjoy sharing my three spaces with folks who love the tranquil, valley-hills environment and all that comes with the great outdoors including wind, storms, sunsets and sunrises. Purple Martins abound April May June and July. I love these beautiful little birds from Brazil, South America‼️y
