Located in beautiful Cherry Grove, home to one of Tripadvisor’s Top 25 U.S. beaches, welcome to What If Beach House Upper-Level Apartment! The home features two completely separate apartments with no shared indoor space. Enjoy off-street parking (1 vehicle or 2 compact cars tandem), a private second-floor entrance, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, and spacious living areas. Just a 2-minute walk to the beach plus a private pool shared only with lower-level guests ($299 to heat).

The space
Designed with your comfort in mind, the What If Beach House Upper-Level Apartment features four Smart TVs throughout the home, making it easy for everyone to unwind after a day at the beach. Each bed is outfitted with comfortable linens and pillows, with protective covers on every mattress and pillow for added cleanliness and peace of mind. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dinnerware, basic utensils, a Keurig and standard coffee maker, air fryer, blender, crockpot, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. For your safety and comfort, the home is equipped with smart smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a smart thermostat, and a smart deadbolt. And of course, we’ve included beach towels, so you can pack a little lighter and spend more time enjoying the sand and surf!

It is incorrectly mapping our home down to Cherry Grove Point, which is a 10 min walk away but NOT the closest beach access. The closet beach access from our home is only a 2 MINUTE WALK just down our street and directly across North Ocean Blvd. See our Exterior photos for more details.
