If you want to bring your well mannered and well behaved 4 legged babies, they are welcomed! The cottage is a perfect place to relax, take in the beautiful Shenandoah River views and mountain vistas! Sanitize wipes & liquid are provided at the cottage for your convenience. Daily/Weekly price doesn't includes lodging tax of 5% Extra guests are $30 per night plus tax, & $35 per night for holidays. Pet fee separate 30.00 per night plus tax, 35.00 per night for holidays.

The space
A Bittersweet Retreat Cottage sets in private community, just 200 feet from the river, with access for water recreation. The cottage has all the comforts of home, peaceful, private, cozy, and serene. Enjoy the screened in porch & (NO BUGS), a patio with a great charcoal grill (you bring the steaks and charcoal). There is a fire pit & I provide the wood at no charge, comfortable Adirondack chairs are perfect for a fireside chat while taking in the mountain and river views.

Guest access
Guest have access to entire cottage, river access, private parking and large yard. Host is available if you ever need her. Keypad access for check in.

Other things to note
It is my responsibility to collect county taxes of 5% for your stay including your pets.
Also, pets are $25.00 per night per pet plus taxes & children the same. I will be collecting these taxes of 5% county separately from Airbnb which collects state tax. I sanitize the cottage after each guest leaves & I have sanitizer wipes for the guest if they feel they need them.
