Interaction with guests

We live in a separate part of the house with its own entrance.
In most cases one of us will be present to meet you in person. On a rear occasion of our schedule conflicts the key will be left in a MasterLock with basic instructions for accommodation.
If we agree on certain time to meet and your plans changed please give me a notice as soon as you can.

The neighborhood

Wake up in a morning to a jaw-dropping view of the sun rising over San Francisco Bay, make yourself breakfast while watching boats sailing, have some afternoon tea and see fog rolling in from the ocean, sip wine and enjoy city and bridge lights, fall asleep under a fog-horns lullaby.

Getting around

This area is probably the most motorist friendly. There is a plenty of street parking and easy access to major freeways and routes, including 49-miles scenic route.
The street is located on the very top of the steep hill, a treat for hiking aficionados.
(If you plan to rely mostly on public transit for getting around the city this place is not the best choice for you!) - The closest bus stop is about 0.5 mile walk. For quick, fun, inexpensive and truly San Franciscan transportation we recommend using Lyft.

If you are flying to/from SFO and not renting a car we can arrange a pick-up/drop-off for an additional fee $45.

Not only is the host responsive, cool, and accommodating, you can see every San Francisco monument from this home. I woke up every morning watching the sun light up the Golden Gate Bridge and every night watching downtown twinkle. There is no way to describe this view except that it's exactly what you are looking for in San Francisco. The home itself is mid-century modern and cozy. There's a working fireplace, giant windows, towel warmers, and a high-quality bed with high-quality sheets. They even had coffee ready in the morning. The photos don't do this home justice and you'll be happy here.

Natasha has one of the coolest houses in the city with panoramic views of from the pacific to past downtown with the Golden Gate Bridge and other landmarks. At the very top of the hill you feel like you own the whole city. Huge living room for gathering and wonderful views from both bedrooms. You can't go wrong here!

Such a lovely place with such attention to detail and the most amazing views! Natasha was most welcoming, accommodating and was excellent to communicate with, making our stay comfortable and such a pleasant experience overall! A quick drive to many of the interests that San Francisco has to offer, or a fantastic location to enjoy a quiet night in. We would definitely recommend!!

This is a great place with a fabulous view of the city -- better than you're going to get anywhere else. I think the pictures of the listing are good, but it's better than the pictures. It's also outfitted well with a really good kitchen. Two baths and bedrooms make it very comfortable for two couples. Very private and comfortable. Drive about anywhere to the sites in the city in 20 minutes (if you can find a place to park). Really great place.

Pictures don't do it justice. So much space and light. The best views of the whole city, rivaled only by Loews Regency, the third tallest building in sf. For a peaceful, quiet getaway, a short drive from the mission, downtown, sunset, book your stay with Natasha.

Natasha User ProfileNatasha is a superhost.

I'm an avid traveler, curious about people and things. Professionally I studied Economics and Photography. Areas where I have a strong interest include Cultural Anthropology, Art History, Jungian Psychology, Literature and performing arts to name a few.

I'm very excited about the prospects that sharing economy promises and am proud in taking part in it. I hope that platforms like this will bring an authentic travel back, when the travelers learn about new places from the locals.

Throughout my travels I stayed in all types of lodging, from campgrounds and motels to five star resorts and boutique hotels.
While being a host I strive to bring the best practices in hospitality. For that my credo is "Nothing in excess, but necessities are of the highest standard".
