The space

We have many properties available in all different price ranges and configurations. If you only need a 1 bedroom condo, or a 4 bedroom villa on the ocean. We will find something to suit your needs. Check out LetsGoPDC.

This is our main home - and it not your typical "rental" as we have outfitted it with all the comforts you can think of. Our home features 2 bedrooms, 2 en suite baths, 1 powder room. The complex offers a beautiful pool, 8 in-pool beds, 2 jacuzzi pools, gym, game room, business center, and reception area.

All of the furniture has been custom made. Most of the artwork has been commissioned for our home. The kitchen appliances have all been switched out with upgrades as well as the washer and "real" dryer. Even the pots and pans, dishes, and silverware has been brought from the US. There is a 40 inch TV in the living area, complete with Blue Ray DVD and surround sound system. The master bedroom has a 32 inch TV with DVD player. The beds have imported 500 thread count sheets, plenty of pillows, and towels all brought from the US.

Our building has the nicest amenities we have seen in Playa. Best pool in Playa...feels like you are in Miami with the beds which are placed right in the pool. There are six in-pool beds, covered lounge chairs, 2 Jacuzzi's, pool table, Foosball, poker table, gym, business center, trash chute, and ELEVATOR (you know these things are important if you have stayed anywhere else!) There are other lounging and entertainment areas situated around the beautifully landscaped ground as well as WIFI throughout the complex.

If you want to hang out at the condo, you can relax on the balcony with seating and beautiful plants and vines filled with flowers to watch the pool activity from above. A complementary phone is provided. The condo has 24 hour security. Weekly maid service is included also in the price. Ramps in building.

There is a more upscale, yet local vibe where we are located. Not so many tourist shops selling t shirts. This is the area where many expats live and socialize.

We are located between Mamitas Beach and Kool and Carnival far the best beach clubs to relax, swim in the ocean (which is free of rock and coral) or the pool, eat sushi or a burrito, and be served your favorite cold drink. We are also at the end of the beach which has the best restaurants and are not considered "tourist traps". You can walk to everything including two major grocery stores only 4 blocks away.

You may want to reconsider cooking when one block away is 5th Ave, a walking pedestrian mall, with hundreds of restaurants at your disposal. we are located on 34th Street between 10th Ave and 20th Ave, across from the park. There has been a tremendous amount of growth in restaurants over the past few months just at the end of our street and the next block, including La Bodeguita del Medio (Cuban), Chez Celine (French Bakery),Negroamaro (Italian), Aqua Chilies (fresh seafood tacos at great prices), Ah Cacao (coffee and desserts), El Gallinero (handmade chocolate and ice creme, crepes, and sandwiches), La Portena (Argentinian), Salt Rock Grill (Varierty), Michelandia Sport Bar, Sala Rosa (Lounge), 38 (Lounge with relaxed live music), Chic Pea (Mediterranean), Club de Cerveza (Brewery), Green Box (juices, healthy options), Chitepin (economical Mexican), Disfruita (Juices and Menus of the Day), Guai Thai (Thai), Piola (best pizza in Playa), Milos (Greek), and several more.  It seems that every week there is something new to discover to eat!  These are just the ones that are with in 2 blocks!

We can also offer you special services like in-condo massage, personal chef, daily maid service, grocery shopping service, tours, and personal concierge service.

The neighborhood

Located in the most desired area of town, in the middle of the best beaches - free of rock and coral - between the best beach clubs, and the better, non-tourist trap restaurants. This is a vibrant ex-pat community but just far enough away from 5th so you can sleep at night. This is also perfect for families who want convenience.

Getting around

No need to rent a car but there is underground, private parking available for one car. You can walk to 5th - 1.5 blocks, 2 major grocery stores 3 - 4 blocks and of course the beach.

Please review the following policies and procedures. They form the legal contract between the OWNER and the TENANT.
You are requested to acknowledge that you have read and understood the policies and procedures outlined below and that you agree to them - by email. Please contact me if you have any questions or need more information.
The OWNER rents the following property to the TENANT -

For the period of agreed upon
For a total of guest agreed upon.
The total rental price is paid through Airbnb and is inclusive of all other taxes. .
This includes the final cleaning costs.
The rental property is fully equipped and furnished and these items are available for the tenant's use.
The rental property including the furniture and the other contents are to be treated with care. The Tenant is held responsible for the actions of other people, including any guests or visitors they might have, within the house.There are no overnight guest allowed unless approved in advance. The Tenant is liable for any damaged goods, damage to the property or damage to anything else related to the property whether caused by themselves or their accompanying guests or visitors. The Tenant must abide by the condominium rules. No visitors are allowed. Occupancy count includes all children who require bedding and are over the age of 1year at time of arrival. Only registered guests are allowed inside the villa or apartment, and on the property. Each villa or apartment has a specified maximum number of occupants. Should the owner or manager notice this number is exceeded, it reserves itself the right to end this contract immediately without further notice or refund.
Guests shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful, so as not to disturb other residents in the neighbourhood. Absolutely NO house parties or functions are allowed without advance WRITTEN permission from the owners.
Faults that are found before or during the rental period are to be reported to the Property Manager or Owner immediately.
Neither the property's owner nor the property manager shall be responsible for any accidents or injuries to guests during or after their stay. Likewise, neither the condo’s owner nor the property manager shall be responsible for theft, lost or stolen items, or items left after occupancy
Early or late departure due to act of God or the tenant will not entitle the tenant to a refund.
Check in is 3 pm and check out is 11 am. We will always try to accomodate tenant if arrival or departure times are outside of the designated check in and check out times. We ask for cooperation in these matters.
At the end of the rental period, the Tenant is to vacate the property and return the keys to the Property Manager.
At the end of the rental period, the Tenant will leave the property in the same condition to that in which it was found. Linens will be returned in the same condition received. Keys will be returned to the Property Manager.
Any extraordinary cleaning costs incurred by the Owner or Damage may be passed on to the Tenant at the Property Manager's discretion.
As per Airbnb. A Damage Deposit of $500 will be handled by Airbnb.
There is an allowance of 150 KW of electricity per week. Usage beyond that is considered excessive and tenant will be charged 4.5 peso per KW. Upon leaving the condo, guests should make sure that all lights, fans, and air conditioning are turned off. When using the AC, windows and doors closed. If failed to do so, part of the security deposit could be charged as this could result in excessive electricity usage. You will be able to monitor your electricity usage - if you are concerned. If you use the electricity responsibility, you will not have any issues and will stay within the allocated usage.
No Pets
No Smoking inside the unit.
Refunds will not be made in the event of an early departure or late arrival.
Our Company tries hard to ensure that items listed on our website are in place, in working order, and the descriptions are as accurate and as reasonable as possible and that the villa is in good working order with all amenities in place. The owners or their manager will be available to handle questions, complaints and supervise maintenance. In case of a maintenance problem, the owners or their administrator will strive to have the problem repaired as soon as possible after being notified. Consider carefully that NO REFUND, or RATE ADJUSTMENT shall be made for unforeseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool filtration systems, air conditioning, internet, cable, telephone, television or satellite service, appliances, etc. No refund or rate adjustment shall be made for any disturbance outside of the control of the property owner or his staff, such as construction at nearby properties or noisy parties at other villas, condos or hotels. Your agreement is for a specific property that is privately owned. We cannot move you to another property if you have a problem or complaint with the property. No shows, late arrivals, reductions in the number of guests, and early departures are all non-refundable.
Any reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
This lease supercedes Airbnb policy. Cancellations 60 days prior 100% minus $100 processing charge. Cancellations prior to 60 days no refund.
Penalty for Violation of this Agreement
If the Tenant or their guests violates any of the conditions or restrictions of this Agreement, the user agrees that the Owner and/or Administrator of the property may terminate this Agreement and enter the property. Upon notice of termination of the Agreement, the Tenant and all invitees shall vacate the property immediately without being entitled to any refund of rent or security deposit.
