There is a $50 per day/night charge for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement and/or exceeding a maximum capacity of 14 guests at the ocean view property,12 guests at the Beach Retreat property, 14 guests at Surf View, and 4 guests at Beach Sanctuary including any daytime or evening visitors. Additional guest fee to be paid prior to arrival.

Includes 10 parking spaces, ideal for small SUVs, and a free EV charger located in the Sanctuary garage.
