The apartment at Spencer dock was quite comfortable although it really lacked any character. I also had quite a difficult check in as this was through a property management company, and there was a big confusion and miscommunication because I dealt with three different people, not an actual host. I was told to go to the office to get my keys, which I did and waited for 30 minutes out front while in fact the keys were at the apartment. It was a frustrating start to my stay to say the least. The apartment is convenient to the financial center, but isn't really a great place to stay if you want to be the center of Dublin or have more ambiance. The internet was also spotty, which for a very corporate apartment was surprising. The upsides were that it was very clean and the concierge was really nice and helpful.
The apartment at Spencer Dock was in a safe and quiet neighborhood that was walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee lounges, taxi stands, and beautiful sights. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat with a good amount of space. Although our checkin process wasn't very clearly defined, and we didn't speak with Rachel during our stay, we were able to get everything we needed from the concierge desk and I think they were just working out the kinks since we were the first Airbnb guests at this location. All in all, a great experience. Thanks!
