It is a cute little place that is very nicely decorated and in a great location! My friend and I loved staying there. It was clean and it had all the amenities needed. Communication with Cynthia (Kule's friend) was very easy and smooth via whatsapp, and she was nice enough to let us check in 3 hours earlier than normal check in time. I highly recommend this place.
I had a fabulous stay at Kule's studio. This is in a quiet complex in a great, very central location. Kule and his assistant have their hosting system very well organized, making everything super easy and very smooth.
Really enjoyed our stay! The apt was lovely and in a great location! The cafe (Java) across the road was a great bonus (just ask for the Malindi macchiato:))
I am here in Nairobi for a week long medical mission.
Not too many places you book on Airbnb that you get into the spot and it looks nearly exactly as it looks on pictures. Kule's studio is charming and looked nearly exactly what you see in the pictures. It is quiet, cozy, and clean. the location is very good, with access to foods, and not to far from the National Park.
Communication with Kule and his PA Cynthia was also excellent. They helped arranged a taxi to pick me up from the airpot. They were very accommodating with my departure time because I had a last minute change of meeting time with the team I was suppose to be working with.
I have 3 free nights after my work his done this week and will be looking into staying at Kule's again.
I booked the room for my dad and brother who came from the DRC. Even though I wasn't present to assist them. Cynthia, Kulo's assistant was able to provide services when needed. Thank you once more.
Its an absolute gem. A 70s style studio with everything you need. The various family photos and other artifacts from that era makes you nostalgic for a Nairobi before the anonymous towers and traffic took over. The neighborhood is a great change ofnpace from the hustle and bustle of cbd, kilimani and other places expats typically congregate. Would gladly go back and spend more than a weekend there.
