The space
The Manoir de la Porte is located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, in what is called "the golden triangle".
It is the perfect base for visiting the tourist sites of the region, starting with the famous beaches of the flowered coast, the small port of Honfleur, the romantic beach of Cabourg, those of the landing of the landing or Etretat, not to mention the countless valleys of our pretty Norman bocage. So many wonderful landscapes, an inexhaustible source for our Impressionist painters, so incredible in all seasons!

The property is located inland, on 4 hectares of greenery, just a little away from the tourist hustle and bustle of the coast, which can sometimes become slightly frenetic in the middle of summer...
The Manoir de la Porte is a property classified as a Historic Monument for the remarkable architecture of its 5 buildings from the 17th and 18th centuries.

The property is enclosed and children can move freely and safely :)

Welcoming and cozy, combining old-fashioned charm and contemporary comfort, the Charetterie is one of 4 pretty houses in the Manoir de la Porte estate.
Perfect for a warm moment with family or friends.

It includes a large living room with a Scandinavian pellet stove (supplied), an integrated kitchen, fully equipped, 1 bathroom with large walk-in shower and 2 bedrooms. Please note that the 2nd bedroom is accessed by an unsecured miller's ladder. See photos.

A small private room with washing machine and drying rack makes the stay easier.

For linens, you can bring your own or request our services. Linen package at €15/person including: kitchen towels, tablecloths, bed linen, bath towels and preparation of beds for arrival. 🤗

Guest access
The entire property is a beautiful preserved area, naturally wooded and flowered, to which our guests have free access provided they remember to close the gates behind them when walking there so as not to let the sheep, donkey and ponies escape!
