We have a spare bunk bed available in a shared room, and looking forward to meeting some wonderful, creative people who are passing through the area :)
Our house is nicknamed the Stonehenge, and is located on a comfortable house covered in plants in Palo Alto.
We are located within easy biking distance of almost anything you could want: 1.7 miles to San Antonio Caltrain, 3 miles from Stanford, 2.3 miles from California Avenue Caltrain, 4.5 miles from Hacker Dojo and lots more!
Come join our wonderful community of people who make awesome things! Many of our residents are in their 20's, but we welcome people of all ages into our home. We are not all software engineers, but we share a common curiosity and sense of humor about this funny world, and many of us are highly startup-oriented.
Please spend some time with us, relaxing, drinking a beer, watching movies and playing video games, hacking on some chaos, or teaching us whatever interesting stuff you bring to the table.
We will provide bedding and towels for you during your stay. Feel free to use our washer and dryer, with laundry detergent provided. Please use our kitchen, stocked with all the items needed to cook up a meal. We provide basic food (milk, bread, eggs, random things) for free. There is a communal booze shelf, full of wines, beer and liquor that is available to anyone who pitches into the booze fund :)
See you soon, and until then, best of luck!

Katy and Garrett are awesome hosts. It felt like I've been living there for years. Very laidback and easy going place. Highly recommend staying here!
Whether you're visiting Silicon Valley for a quick visit or you're new to town and need a place to get your feet on the ground, you can hardly do better than a stay at Stonehenge. You will quickly find yourself at home amongst this energetic yet easy-going community of young professionals.
As well as being a safe and comfortable place to call home, Stonehenge affords newcomers an opportunity to make great friends and establish a strong network from day one. The common room is the center of all the action, here, and is where you'll often find yourself playing video games with NASA engineers, sharing a meal with developers and interns at (website hidden), Groupon, and IMO, or kicking back with Stanford grads and entrepreneurs from all over the world.
Lovely place to stay.. you get to meet plenty of good folks there... n not to forget the two dogs... :)
Loved my stay there. Katy is a great host.
This was my first time using airbnb, and I enjoyed staying there. The people were interesting and the environment was relaxed. They also had any resources I needed, and everything was systematized well (especially the kitchen).
Great setup, excellent community @Stonehenge. Katy and Garrett are wonderful hosts. Couldn't ask for more!
Only one thing to say : that was the best place to discover the bay ! That was amazing ! Thank you for everything, Even if the Giants haven't won the game :-)
I wish I could have stayed six months !
Cool place with a lot of cool people doing cool stuff!
It is more than just a place to crash, the super friendly hosts do everything to make you feel at home and social!
Stonehenge is a very laid-back environment; exactly what I was looking for. Katy and Garrett are welcoming and thoughtful. All the guests are interesting and friendly.
I came for a week and ended up staying two and a half. Katy and Garret are amazing people and have created a really great living environment. I got loads of work done at the Hacker Dojo nearby which is accessible on the many bikes provided. Returning home there was always someone to chat with, games or movies, and we'd often have a drink together. When I needed to go to the hospital one evening they were there to help me out immediately. It worked brilliantly for me.
This chaotic house is full of strange yet wonderful people, I had a great time here. Never a sad-and-lonely moment. Also, from my experience, the hosts are genuinely awesome, and will go out of their way to help you if life gives you lemons. And let's not forget ... you can borrow one of the shared bikes!
