I am still learning how to be a good host. Of course, I won't be a host who will be praised as a Nobel Prize Winner.

Ben booked this place without sending me any message. Once he made reservation, he found that the exact address was Queen Road Central, not Weilington street where he worked. I thought it might be my fault to list a wrong address on the listing. However, the address is right. I tried to comfort him and told him that two streets are next to each other. By messaging each other for more than 100 times, he still required me to find him a place in Weilington. For God's sake, I have only places in Po Hing Fong street, Queen Road central and Tai Ping Shan street. How come I can find you a place in Weilington street!? Finally I agreed to cancel the reservation and I would pay the compensation which around 100USD. However, Ben did not agree to cancel he said he will stay. OK. PERFECT.

First day of his stay, he asked about the safety of the building. I tell him firefighter checked regularly. In Hong Kong, you don't rent out your place without fireproofing license. He began to challenge the fireproofing standard,which never happened for other guests before.

Second day, he complaint about the window. He said he could not open it because there is too much noise outside. Yes. He is right. Rushing hour in central don't offer you a quite place. I suggested him to move to another place. He refused.

Few days later, he complaint about the air conditioner. For all about these, I told to him and see if he would like to change to somewhere. We still have rooms available. But he refused. He insisted that someone has to fix it and pour out pure air.

20 days past, on a beautiful Sunday when you were sharing your time with your family. Ben messaged Albert, our housekeeper saying that he lost the key and need Albert to be there ASAP. Albert was also in holiday, but he still went there and helped. When Albert was on the way, Ben started to text me and all other colleagues in my company urging us to bring him a key. I was swimming in Stanley, and when I checked the message, Albert was there.

That's the story. I seldom wrote such thing. But Ben gave me and my company the worst experience for hosting.
