Welcome to my home in Marina, California! Although most activities are in Carmel and Monterey, you can also enjoy the natural beauty of Monterey and Carmel in Marina and not pay for their higher rates. Marina is strategically located next to HWY 1 that connects Santa Cruz, Marina, Seaside, Monterey, Carmel, Point Lobos and Big Sur.
My house is conveniently located in a beautiful, peaceful and secure neighborhood in the center of Marina, CA, where you can walk to the downtown stores and restaurants in a couple blocks. It takes only a couple minutes to drive to Highway 1 (either south-bound ramp or north-bound ramp), 5 minutes to the Marina beach, 10 minutes to Seaside, 13 minutes to Monterey Peninsula Airport (MRY), 15 minutes to Monterey, 15 minutes to Salinas, 20 minutes to Carmel, 35 minutes to Santa Cruz, and 45 minutes to Gilroy.
For bicyclers, my house is 20 steps next to "Monterey Peninsula Recreational Trail", a popular bike and hiking path that leads directly to the Monterey and Pacific Grove. For public transportation, MST bus stops of Route 16, 19, 20, and 25 are next to my house in 20-30 steps.
For the peaceful rest of other house guests, we do not accept couples with small babies or very young children. Thank you for your understanding.

It is a very nice, clear and cozy room. Grandma and Kevin are very kind and considerate. Totally five star for this room. I totally recommend you to rent this room and taste the authentic Chinese breakfast.
Kevin's and Vivian's home is exactly as you can see on the photos. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice short stay. Breakfast was very good and we used the discounted passes for the aquarium. We would recommend to stay with them.
The house located in a good spot, close to 17 mile drive and Carmel. Nice place to stay in between SF and LA if you are traveling with car.The room and were very clean, and both Kevin and his mom were very friendly. FREE parking!
