A large 2 bedroom, ground floor, fully equipped and furnished home for your exclusive use. It has both front and rear private gardens and ocean views from the front of the home. Larger groups will enjoy having the 2 separate family/living/dining areas with a TV in each room. Fully enclosed backyard and a single carport with roller door. Off street parking also available in one of the available parking bays.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, built in wardrobe, a wall mounted 22” LCD TV. and a two way ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a double bed and single bed and a large built in wardrobe. An extra bed can be set up in the living area if there are six people in your group.
The home can sleep up to 6 people and has two separate living areas. The dining/family area has an extendable dining table that seats 6, a 22” LCD TV, small couch and armchairs. The main lounge has a couch and two armchairs with additional lightweight armchairs stored in the other family area. The main lounge also has 32” LCD/DVD combo TV. The home also has generous WiFi internet access included.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooktop/oven, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and includes crockery cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a separate laundry with front loader washing machine, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The two way ensuite bathroom has a bath tub and separate shower & vanity unit. The toilet is located in its own room next to the laundry.
Children: A portacot and high chair are available at the house for use if needed during your stay. Please request on booking.(Please bring your own linen for portacot.)

Hallett Cove Area
Hallett Cove is conveniently located within a 20 minute drive to Adelaide city. close to Hallett Cove and Marion Shopping Centres, Hallett Cove Conservation Park Board Walk Trail, Hallett Cove Beach, Brighton & Seacliff Beach and Glenelg Beach. A 15 minute drive to the world famous McLaren Vale vineyards you will have plenty to do and explore. The Willunga Farmer Markets, Port Noarlunga and attractions of the Fleurieu Peninsula are 20 minutes from the home and the Sealink Kangaroo Island Ferry is just over one hour drive from the home. Only 15 minutes away is the SA Aquatic Centre at Oaklands Park which hosts statewide/national/international swimming, the Vines Golf Club of Reynella, Flagstaff Hill and Golf Course Woodcroft. The location has a bus stop near your door with easy access to Flinders Uni or Medical Centre via direct bus route (approximately 15 minutes) and the city (45 minutes by bus). These destinations can be easily accessed via the nearby arterial roads making it easy to get you to where you need to go
Getting Here from Adelaide Airport
Drive to Brighton Road along the coast, to Lonsdale Road and the home is located just off Perry Barr Road or Barramundi Drive.
Check in: around 4.00pm but can be earlier if the home is ready. Luggage drop and key collection can be from noon by prior arrangement.
Late night arrivals can also be accommodated.
Check out: by 10am
Guests have exclusive use of the home and front and back garden. There is also a roller door carport for a small to medium car.

Look after the home. Be security conscious - make sure you lock doors at all times.
Please leave the home in a similar condition to what you found it. Ensure dishes and pots and pans are clean and dry when returned back to kitchen cupboard. Please wipe any spills promptly so as not to cause damage to cupboards or other items. Return furniture to original spot if moved.
If any problems report them to the owner immediately. We aim to provide you with a clean home with everything working both for you and next guests so if there is something amiss please tell us.
If you remember please put the bin on the kerb on the regular collection day - Thursday night (picked up on Friday morning)
Wireless internet is pretty generous but based on fair use.
Report any damage and be considerate of neighbours.
No noise or parties as this is a residential area with lovely neighbours.
Please no smoking in the home or near open doorways and windows.
Car parking for a small to medium sized car under the roller door car park. I've even had people park a van or 4WD but you need to be very good at parking.
Alternatively you can park in one of the available parking spots located in this group of homes.

We have 3 listings, so please take a look. 2 of our homes (Hyde Park & Glandore) have easy access to our beautiful Adelaide City being within 10-15 mins away. All 3 homes have excellent public transport nearby.
The 3 bedroom Glandore home has the local tram which will take you direct into the city or Glenelg beach within 15 minutes. It also has buses nearby. It runs every 15 minutes. The Hyde Park home is a 10 minute bus drive with local buses only a 10 minute wait. The Hallett Cove home has a bus stop near your door which will take you to Brighton Beach, Flinders Medical Centre Marion Shopping Centre and the Aquatic Centre to name a few. It is approximately a 30 minute drive to the city and close to McLaren Vale wineries and the southern areas of Adelaide. All the homes have off street parking for 1-2 cars.
All our homes have private gardens (Glandore is particularly large) because we like the outdoors ourselves and they are all ground floor level.
