  • I stayed one month at Patrick's place. Patrick is very friendly, always in a good mood and keeps the place very clean! The appartment is very well located, just 15-30 min from the heart of Manhattan. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back when I return to NY!
I highly recommend staying at Patrick's place!

  • I stayed at Patricks place for a week, this was my first time at NY.. Pat was not only a great host but turned out to be a good friend. He was was very helpful and wouldn't hesitate if I had asked him for a help..

Pat's apartment is in a good neighbourhood and his bed was very comfy.. He is very specific on cleanliness, so you will always find the apartment neat and tidy which make you feel awkward to throw stuffs around :) oh and just for my entertainment he offered me his Hard disk filled with latest and old movies even though the TV had Netflix.. Will definitely come back to Pat's place.. It's home away from home.. Hey Pat miss your food man, next time I coming back just to have dinner at your place ;)

  • Patrick was hospitable, appreciative, and nice. Room has cable tv, a/c, and dresser/ closet space. Quiet neighborhood was safe with various latin stores around. Getting into NYC was really easy, either take any of the busses ($3) off of "blvd east" as they all go into the port authority. Or take a shore walk down to the Imperial waterway ($9) to take the water taxi across. Great views in the evening back from NYC. Only things we'd change is having a lock on our bedroom door and having newer towels.

  • Patrick was a great and respectful host and I enjoyed my stay here in Patrick's apartment! The room was nice, comfortable and convenient to the bus stops and Patrick kept the apartment clean. Although, the bathroom was a little small but it was expected. The neighborhood was also quiet with lots of nearby shops around and the buses came very frequently with only ~15 mins travel time to Times Square. The parks down the block were wonderful for walks and getting fresh air and the skyline view of New York was gorgeous, especially during the night. Overall, I had a awesome experience and I would recommend staying with him to anyone that plans to travel to New York but don't want to spend so much staying in the city.

  • Overall, the room is quite nice. It has everything you need, including a comfortable bed, AC, a TV, and plenty of closet space. Patrick is friendly, clean, and helpful, and enjoys talking to his guests. He provides you with a towel, soap, and wifi, so its a comfortable stay. One thing to note is that there is only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms, so you may conflict with Patrick or his other airbnb guest depending on your time. The $3 buses run every few minutes all day (and quite late at night), taking you to Times Square in 15-35 minutes depending on traffic. The view along that boulevard east road is something truly incredible. No picture can do it justice. I would recommend Patrick to anyone looking for their own room at an affordable place near Manhattan.

  • I'm very happy to stay at Patrick's apartment. Patrick is very kindly and friendly. This location is minute to TimeSquare, and Patrick had clear explanation let me know how to take the bus! Every day, I can see the beautiful views of Manhattan with the Hudson River in early morning and night. Btw, thanks Patrick for bought the hair dryer for me! Thanks again ~~ :)

  • me and my girlfriend were in NY for a week, living in Patrick's place. its one block from the Manhattan skyline view and 15 min bus(3$,24/7) from the time square. its a great location in a good neighborhood (no problem coming back late at night) the room's size is big enough for 2, with a closet and (website hidden) has all you need.
Patrick is a really nice host, did all for us feeling at home and having fun, gave us some tips for traveling in manhattan. Strongly recommend staying there!

  • NYC is absolutely amazing! For the first time using airbnb- staying at Patricks place for 3weeks was great. Patrick was very welcoming, kind and considerate. Privacy was respected and place was always kept clean and tidy. Patrick was very quick to answer any questions and didn't hesitate to provide any help. Transport was easy, and only a quick trip to the city. As a solo female traveller, after a long day of travelling the neighbourhood apartment felt safe to come home to.

  • Our first Airbnb experience was amazing more than we could have asked for or expected. The welcome from our host Patrick was warm and genuine ,he took interest in our daily activities and was happy to advise when asked. Our room was adequate for our needs with ample storage of hanging and drawers and the new bed made for a good nights sleep. He keeps a clean and very tidy house and we would most definitely come back again and recommend to our friends to stay at his home.
The transport from the airport is easy and the daily ride into town nice and quick about 15mins depending on traffic. Local to shops for groceries and meals . An amazing view of the Manhatten skyline greets you when you get off the bus on 60th St and JFK Boulevade East , priceless.
