The space
3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is located at the Grassy Sound Marina in North Wildwood, NJ; a secluded marina tucked away from the vacationing crowds. The marina is quiet and peaceful, and so the house is best suited for couples and/or families. No groups of young adults, thank you.

Bring your kayak or paddle boards for a day of fun on the water. Relax and enjoy nature surrounded by nature's finest shore birds & sea life; watch the porpoises & otters, the egrets, herons, osprey, kingfishers, terns, mud hens, red knots, and so many more. Visit the fishing pier to catch some flounder, striper, bluefish, weakfish, or blue claw crabs to eat out on your private patio!

The house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It has plenty of room inside and out to relax and enjoy your time on the sound, offering a fully stocked kitchen and incredible views of the vast marshes on the Cape. Explore the beautiful & serene Grassy Sound Channel, visit the nearby Wildwood & Stone Harbor beaches & enjoy endless shopping and eateries just minutes away. Take your bike onto the Ocean Drive bike route to catch phenomenal sunrise views and bird life.

We welcome those desiring peace and quiet and a reconnection with nature; quiet, mindful guests with a caretaker philosophy for the cottage, the marina and yourselves. We ask you to leave our property as pristine as you find it so that those that follow you may enjoy fully.
