In the winter months, go strawberry picking. Fill your buckets with strawberries - freeze them, boil them. Great for snacking without the calories.

Wanna stay fit while chilling out and de-stressing? Jog around the jogging path, play tennis, or use the gym facility or take a few laps in the heated pool.
