We are looking for a flatmate to share with us a flat in the center of Madrid (la Latina). There are 5 different underground stations near the flat (no more than 5 min by walk) (La Latina, Puerta de Toledo, Embajadores, Delicias and Tirso de Molina). We prefer people who want to have a nice experience here in Madrid and meeting new people. The room is interior and single, contains 1 closet, a single bed, a table and the flat has plenty of light. The flat is full equipped and the bills are included in the price. If you are interested please don´t hesitate to contact us.
the price is 38 $/day.
One month in La Latina and an unforgatable time in Madrid. The flat is very well situated in an enjoyable neighbourhood, right in the heart of the Rastro market, 10 mn by foot from Sol and the Plaza Mayor, 15 mn from Reina Sofia museum, 5mn from a supermarket... A lot of things and almost everything is possible by foot. The atmosphere in the flat is enjoyable and depends a lot from the flatmates who are staying in at the moment. It is a very good way to know different people from all over the world and share some interesting experiences.
Alex is a great host! Alex and his brother are very friendly and welcoming.
The apartment is very well-located, it's in La Latina which is a very fine neighborhood and it's very close to the metro station, but I've rarely used the means of transport, you can easily walk everywhere.
In the apartment there are many bedrooms, though you can meet people from all over the world.
In this apartment I've never felt alone in Madrid.
I stayed with Alex and his brother for five weeks and it was an absolutely precious experience! Prior to my stay, I looked for a just any room, which is closed to the city. I had thought, that I had found that, when I booked with Alex.
I soon found out that I booked more than that. I booked welcoming and caring hosts in a nice and unique part of town, which is 5-10 min. walk to Plaza Mayor.
I had a totally sufficient room for an adequate price, there was nothing to complain about!
It was hospitality at it’s best! 100% recommendable!
An object lesson how airbnb hosts should be!
Thank you both!
Very nice hosts! Very helpful and easy to get along with, best flatmates, the athmosphere around the flat is very welcoming and relaxed. Enjoyed my stay a lot!
Perfect, couldn't have been any better! If you're looking for a place to stay where you're treated like a family member and feel at home in less than 24 hours, this is the right place! It takes you around 10 minutes to get to the center and the neighborhood is fantastic! Besides, with these hosts you get to know the best places to dine, go out etc. in Madrid (not just the typical tourist spots)! I truly recommend this place!!!
WOW WOW WOW! That's about all I can say about my stay in this great apartment with an amazing eclectic group of individuals. Yeah sure there's no lift up to the apartment, but the guys bent over backwards to help me not only when I arrived, but the entire time I was there.
They were so friendly, funny and helpful. I could have easily just stayed in the apartment my entire time and felt like I'd had a true Madrid experience :)
With that in mind, their neighbourhood really is walking distance to EVERYTHING and a grocery store just down the road! At first it may not seem like it is, but grab a map and you'll quickly realise how close it is. They told me that I wouldn't need a Metro ticket once I arrived, and they were right, however I still managed to use my 10 trip ticket up (especially when I had a few early evening drinks and wanted to get home quickly to bed) Perhaps that says more about my drinking habits than the location?
They were truly wonderful hosts and not only a highlight to my time in Spain, but a perfect was of saying farewell to a brilliant country.
I hope you all get to experience a little of what I did, staying there.
Marco was a very kind and patient host. The flat is in a very convenient and animated neighborhood (La Latina). I only find a problem: there's no lift and it can be akward to carry heavy luggage upstairs. Anyway, I recommend the place.
