I love my old house, but it is an old house. If you need fancy accommodations, this is not the place for you. I AirBnB to meet cool people, give them an affordable place to lay their head, and try to save money to fix my home up (and pay students loans - sheesh). My neighborhood is an African-American working class neighborhood in a great location, but this makes some people uncomfortable so just a heads up.
*** PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING ***
-- No smoking within the home. Smoking is allowed on the patio in the backyard. Do not put cigarettes on the ground. There are ashtrays in the front and back of the home.
-- Check-in is anytime after 3PM.
Sorry, no early check-ins. If you have special circumstances, please let me know and I can try to accommodate.
-- No Pets, again it mostly has to do with noise and clean-up.
--This is a TV free house.
We have books, music, magazines, board games, and card games. If you would like to watch TV, you would probably prefer a hotel.

Early 30's. Economist, commercial real estate agent, wannabe physicist, entrepreneur, interim e-director for a non-profit, president of a chamber of commerce, and community college adjunct professor. In other words, busy and always on the go.
I am very adventurous, love to read, travel, and the perfect day for me ends with a cigar, steak, and bottle of red wine.
My AirBnB home doubles as my office so even when I am not staying there you will see me there in the office. AirBnB is helping me save up to renovate my old home and meet wonderful new friends.
