This apartment was lovely - we were left a welcome pack which was really nice, and the place was very clean. I didn't read the particulars properly so didn't realise that there was no lift to the top floor - but that was our fault! The road outside was quite busy but not a problem with noise at all. The view of Przno was beautiful and very easy to get out and about on the buses and with taxis. The air conditioning in the kitchen/lounge was really good but the one in the hallway had to serve the three bedrooms as well, and because we were there at probably the hottest time of year the bedrooms were quite hot by night. Thank you X

Response from Kathlyn:
Thank you for your thoughtful review. With regard to the air-con unit in the hallway, we have now established with our agent that there is a fault with the unit which is affecting its performance and active steps are being taken to resolve this. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused to you because of this during your stay. Thank you.

Five floor walk-up on top of a hill (no elevator). Must cross the major Budva-Bar highway (we nicknamed it the "Highway of Death" after crossing every day with three children) to get to the beach. There are plastic gloves for washing the dishes after day as there is no dishwasher. These are all factors that a potential renter should be aware of (and are not "hidden" in the description, but not explicitly disclosed either) but if they are not important, then it is a great budget family option to be in Przno!

Response from Kathlyn:
Thank you for the reviews. There is not much I can do about the coastal road and the elevator. The property details and photos clearly shows its location, outlook and what is on offer. I actively respond to any questions clients may have at the time of booking so that they make an informed choice.

Me and my family would like to say thank you to Kathlyn (owner) for a nice apartment, clean and big. No complaints to her. Unfortunately, I have to say that we will never come back to Montenegro again, because of the most confusing, crazy rules for tourists and no service at all. I don't want to go into details, sorry. Again, the apartment was excellent and beautiful nature...that are all pluses we enjoyed in Montenegro.

Hi,
I was born in Mauritius and grew up there. I moved to live in England after I got married and I currently live in the South West of England with my family. My travels has been mostly in Europe and there are still so many places I want to visit. I like living in my coastal town in the UK where the landscape is plains, rolling hills and coastal cliffs. In contrast I enjoy holidaying in Montenegro where the scenery is dramatic with the benefit of a Mediterranean climate. I have managed the rental of my apartment since 2006. I am cheerful and like to help in any way possible.
