Enjoy a relaxing stay in our charming guest house in the peaceful neighborhood of Baladrar, Benissa Costa. Suitable for 2 people, with a comfortable bedroom, living room with open kitchen, bathroom with shower, private terrace and access to the shared sun terrace with sunbeds and swimming pool. Minutes away from the most beautiful bays, beaches, restaurants and the cozy towns of Moraira and Calpe. The ideal base for a wonderful vacation on the Costa Blanca.

The space
The guesthouse is located on the lowest floor. It has its own covered outdoor terrace, an open living/dining room, a semi-open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a pantry. The swimming pool terrace is shared with the owners who live upstairs.
