Bathroom with standing shower. There is no sink in the bathroom, only kitchen.
HD Smart TV with access to streaming NETFLIX and HULU.
All linens/towels/shower necessities provided as well as Coffee/Tea station
Wall heater with in-unit control dial.
Window unit Air Conditioning.

Guest access
The basement is yours. You're welcome to smoke on your stoop just outside your front door. There is a $100 fine for smoking of any kind inside the space.
