Spend your days by the private pool, enjoy the air-conditioned living area with a sofa and Smart TV, cook together in the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, then head to the rooftop balcony with seating to unwind. Housekeeping 6 days a week and 24/7 concierge service are included.

Welcome to Villa Minuti, your tropical home away from home. Whether you're visiting Bali with family or friends, this spacious villa is designed for slow mornings, shared meals, and memorable moments together.
As you enter the villa, you'll find a bright, air-conditioned living area with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Just beside it is the dining area for up to eight guests, while the fully equipped kitchen at the back has everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. Large sliding glass doors overlook the pool and garden, filling the space with natural light.
Outside, your private pool is surrounded by lush tropical greenery, creating the perfect place to cool off, lounge by the water, or simply enjoy Bali's warm weather.
The first bedroom is tucked away on the ground floor and is accessed through the garden, giving it a sense of privacy. It features a king-sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, safety box, and a full-length mirror. Large sliding glass doors overlook the pool and garden, while the ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, sink with mirror, and essential amenities.
Head upstairs to discover two more bedrooms along with an open balcony seating area, an inviting corner to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day.
The second bedroom is ideal for families or groups, comfortably sleeping up to four guests with one king-sized bed and one bunk bed. It also includes air conditioning, a ceiling fan, Smart TV, safety box, clothes rack, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The third bedroom offers the same warm and comfortable atmosphere as the first, featuring a king-sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, safety box, full-length mirror, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Daily housekeeping is included 6 days a week, along with 24-hour concierge service available via call or text to assist you throughout your stay.
A shared parking area is available, though availability may vary. If you plan to bring a car, please let us know in advance so we can check availability for you.
If you are travelling by car, please follow the car-accessible route when coming to the villa, as the alternative route is too narrow and unsuitable for car.
Although the villla is accessible by car, the last short of the access lane is steep and still under construction. We recommend driving slowly when approaching the villa.
As the area is still developing, there is construction nearby so some noise may be heard during the day, and we will always do our best to ensure your stay remains comfortable.

🌴 Your stay includes daily cleaning (6 days per week), regular pool & garden care, and high-speed WiFi. Bath and Pool towels are provided for each guest, and a safety box is available in the bedrooms to store your valuables.
✨ We also offer optional extra services on request such as airport transfers, private cooks, breakfast on request, scooter or car rentals, in-villa massages, island tours and more. Just message me or our concierge to arrange anything you’d like.

Yes! We can make some groceries for you. Just let me know your detailed grocery list in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the them via Airbnb along with the invoice (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).
• Do you provide laundry services?
We can help bring your clothes to a nearby laundry. Please avoid fragile items and check everything when it’s returned.
• Should I expect to encounter mosquitoes, insects or other animals?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, mouses, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
