Welcome to our cozy garden cottage, centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood just miles from bustling Downtown Seattle and Capitol Hill; as well as a short walk to Lake Washington, neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops, several parks, and four convenient bus lines.

The space
A quiet, sunny, garden studio with sleeping accommodations for up to 2 guests; private entrance; dedicated parking spot; three quarters bath; full kitchen; heating and air-conditioning; Wi-Fi; Roku equipped television with Hulu and Netflix streaming.

Guest access
The cottage is tucked away in a quiet garden behind the house, with a private entrance and dedicated parking spot. The door to the cottage is a combination lock, so there is no need to schedule key pickup/drop-off – guests will be provided with the code a few days in advance of the reservation.
The cottage is equipped with everything you might need for your stay – a full kitchen, including: oven and range, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and blender; as well as pots and pans, cookware, dishes and utensils. We provide coffee, cream and sugar, tea, hot chocolate, cooking oil as well as salt, pepper and herbs. The cottage is also fully stocked with extra linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc.

There are 2 friendly little kitties in the yard!
