Mina was very available to us and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. We stayed in Brooklyn during a heat wave and Mina helpfully told us where she kept an extra fan, and how to create an air current. Mina's apartment is a studio, but the high ceilings make it feel much bigger. There is one loft bed and a couch. My friend and I alternated sleeping on each - both are fairly comfortable. The apartment is very clean and the neighbourhood is safe. There are lots of shops and businesses nearby at a walking distance and many subway stations. We had a lovely time staying at Mina's!
Mina's Apartment was really cozy and clean. It's in a lovely neighborhood. Everything is near by and a close subway takes you to Manhattan.
Though we didn't meet her in Person, speaking from her Apartment and the messages mina seems to be a nice and creative Person!
Thanks for letting us stay there!
Our experience in Mina's apartment was pretty cool. The are is nice and well connected to Manhattan. No problems at all! Everything as described! Thank u Mina, if back in New York, would be nice to spend time again in hoyt street!
My partner and I have loved staying in Mina's great apartment. It's near several subway stations so easy to travel round Brooklyn or into Manhattan. We felt very safe walking around at night and the area is very quiet so no problem sleeping.
Mina was a great host and communicated with us very promptly at all times. I highly recommend renting this apartment from Mina, especially if you want to stay outside of Manhattan, but somewhere within easy reach. The local area is lovely; lots of shops, cafes and bars to choose from.
Beautiful neighborhood that was peaceful pretty much at all times in we would find ourselves in the apartment. Mina was extremely helpful and understanding and provided a cozy place to stay for a very reasonable price.
Only 2-5 min walk to (multiple) metro stations that will take you to lower Manhattan (NYC) and other places! Close to many cafe's and other small, local gems. Taxi's all around. Walked throughout the night coming back from the city and felt completely comfortable.
I recommend this place, especially if you want an affordable yet nice place to stay not too far from the city. We're likely to rent again!
My boyfriend and I stayed at Mina's apartment for a week around New Year's Eve. Mina is a great host: communication with her was easy and prompt, she made sure we had everything at the apartment and also followed up after our arrival. The location is very convenient, close to subway and things we were interested in. It is a cozy and cute little place, we didn't want to leave and would love to stay again!
Mina is a nice and kind host. It is easy to associate with her. She always gave me quick responses whenever I got questions.
Her apartment is located at one block away from a metro station. So it was quite easy to get around. And neighborhood is filled with many coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques.
The room is cozy and everything is in there.
But one thing was the refrigerator in the room constantly made big noise regardless it is day or night time. It took time to get used to sleep with it.
But overall I was happy staying there.
