Beautiful little 2 bedroom house, has kitchen with all appliances, little rare garden. The house is recently renovated and very cosy and welcoming.
The house is owner occupied and also cat named Bronya lives here. The cat is very friendly so guests should be cat-friendly too.
The location is perfect - close to all public transportation (train, bus), 15 min to city centre by train.
The house is quite close to the sea so you can take a nice walk through the park by the sea to the little village centre with coffee shops, restaurants and stuff. The walk is around 20 min - depends on your pace. There are 2 nice pubs & restaurants in the neighbourhood so you can have a pint and enjoy the local atmosphere.
Everything was tidy, neat and lovely. Helena really went out of her way to make my friends have a nice stay. Definitely recommended.
Cozy home, Helena is an unbelievable host. Highly recommend, a bit far from the center. Very beautiful
Me and my friend Lilia stay at Helena´s house for St. Patrick's weekend. Helena is a good host, the house is lovely, very clean and cozy. Also, is very close to the city centre either by bus or train. The area is amazing ,is quiet and beautiful also you get to see the Irish sea which was quite impressive.
Overall, I highly recommend staying with Helena.

Very comfortable and relaxed. I certainly will stay again on my next visit to Dublin, and would highly recommend to others, looking for a place in this area.
Helena has a lovely quiet home in a pretty area. She is trusting and kind. The deli near her house has great food.
I felt at very at home, many thanks Helena! Natasha
Helena and her lazy cat ;) were very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay at the pink house and felt almost like being at home. Thank you again for being such a good host and for picking us up at the bus station.
We enjoyed our stay at the pink house. Helena and Bronya were excellent and gracious hosts. Unfortunately we were not staying in Dublin for very long, but our 2 night stay in this accomodation was very comfortable. Booterstown is a lovely area and only a short train ride to the centre of dublin via the convienient DART service and also has a direct Bus service to/from the airport. The neighbouring costal area of Blackrock is also very nice. The accomodation is clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. If I ever travel to Ireland again I would definately stay here again.
Helena was a lovely host, she opened her house to us and was very welcoming! She made us a delicious tomato salad when we arrived and let us help ourselves to breakfast things.
The house is gorgeously decorated, and the room is great. The bed was very comfortable!
Thank you very much for our stay,we had a great time in Dublin. We would definitely recommend it to anyone! :)
Helena was a great host, very friendly and very kind (the neighbours were friendly too). She went out of her way to make me feel at home. The house is lovely, with a well designed extension, and all very clean. The location is great, just a quick walk to the DART station and then a quick train ride to the city. Great place to stay all in all. Thanks Helena.
