About This Listing
My cosy and comfortable two bedroom house is located in a very residential & quite neighborhood, close to the sea and a beautiful Blackrock village. It is well connected in terms of transport so you can easily reach the city center by train or bus
Beautiful little 2 bedroom house, has kitchen with all appliances, little rare garden. The house is recently renovated and very cosy and welcoming.
The house is owner occupied and also cat named Bronya lives here. The cat is very friendly so guests should be cat-friendly too.
The location is perfect - close to all public transportation (train, bus), 15 min to city centre by train.
The house is quite close to the sea so you can take a nice walk through the park by the sea to the little village center with coffee shops, restaurants and stuff. The walk is around 20 min - depends on your pace. There are 2 nice pubs & restaurants in the neighborhood so you can have a pint and enjoy the local atmosphere.
This property is available while I am travelling so you will get access to whole house except one room which is baby room.
Other Things to Note
If you decide to live in the house, there is a cat to take care of so you need to love cats. She is very friendly and low maintenance. Just needs to be fed and let out and in the house.
The house is in a quiet area and it is important to respect it.
Use good manners.
Feel free to ask if you want to borrow something.
There will be a cleaner once a week on Fridays.
The room was well spaced for a short stay. Simple room with good bed, ample storage space and a desk with chair.
Helena was pleasant and feed me twice during my short stay.
The location of the house is useful for the centre of Dublin (either a quick dart of bus away [average cost about 4.5 EUR return)
Helena was fantastic and gave us great directions on getting to her place from the airport. Her home is warm and inviting, such a cute place. The location was convenient to both buses and DART to get to the city center. Even walking to the DART station is fantastic, being able to see the seaside.
I stayed at the Pink House for almost a week when I moved to Dublin and it was a great choice! Booterstown is a quite neighborhood and really convenient with the Dart station to get to the city center. Helena is an amazing host, very welcoming, helpful and also nice to chat with! Highly recommended!
Me and my friend had a lovely time at Helena's. She made us feel very comfortable and welcome at her home, which is really beautiful. Although we came late at night and she had to work the next day, she picked us up from the station. She was also as considerate as to provide us with breakfast the next morning, as we had no time to go shopping. I absolutely loved our stay! Thank you, Helena.
Helena is a superb host!
We stayed at her place for one week. Because we were going to work/live in Dublin for one year, she gave us some great tips and advice. As we had a lot of luggage with us, she picked us up and dropped us off by car, which we highly appreciated!
Her pink house is a very cosy home and offers everything you need. It's clean, you have a big room and the city centre is easy to reach by Dart (10 min) or a 30 min walk.
The house is in a very nice and quiet place and Helena was very nice. we were late for the check in but she welcomed us very friendly. The house is absolutely beautiful and stylish. We really enjoyed our stay there.
I have spent a wonderful time at Helena's place. Her house is located in a very charming and calm neighborhood, not far from the sea and well connected to the city center. Helena was a very warm and welcoming host and offered me the best brunch I have ever had! :)
